The Cottage is a double cylinder block mother-in-law suite, with concrete floors, pine ceilings and vintage decorations. Walking distance from a playground, walking track, and Veterans Memorial Park. Covered concrete parking (with a basketball goal) and an outdoor covered patio makes a good sitting area. There are 2 entrances, please use The Veterans Memorial Park entrance.

This cabin is located 8 miles from the town of Ozark, Arkansas in the Arkansas River Valley. The building is new with a kitchen, large bathroom, and one bedroom. The seating in the living room can also be used as a twin bed. The location is surrounded by old forest and is peaceful and quiet. A good location for kayaking the Mulberry River, swimming at Cove Lake, hiking Mt. Magazine or just resting in the peaceful countryside.
