We offer you a well-maintained, comfortable attic holiday apartment (built in 2001) with two bedrooms in an absolutely quiet, sunny location and a south-facing balcony with a magnificent Alpine panorama. The additional bedroom is included for 3 or more people. Two people can optionally rent the additional bedroom for an extra charge of €8.00 per day. Please simply make a preliminary request. I will then make a host offer. The same applies to children under 2 years of age; a host offer is also required in this case.

There are sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people - but it is ideal for 2-3 people. The apartment has almost 40 m² of very clean living space: dining-living room (with spacious, fully equipped kitchenette), bedroom (with wide double bed and new mattresses), private bathroom with natural light, south-facing balcony, private parking.

Our cozy vacation rental can accommodate up to 3 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an integrated sitting area, a bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom and a living room with a pull-out sofa bed. In addition, the apartment has two wonderful balconies where you can marvel at the mountains. A parking space right in front of the house is free of charge. Charging stations for electric vehicles are at the beginning of the street. Towels and bed linen are provided by us.
