We offer you a well-kept, comfortable attic apartment (built in 2001) with two bedrooms in an absolutely quiet, sunny location and south balcony with magnificent Alpine panorama. For 3 or more people, the additional bedroom is included. Two people can optionally rent the extra bedroom for an additional charge of €8/day. Please just make a preliminary inquiry. The living room with open kitchen and balcony has a beautiful view of the lake. The bedroom is located on the quiet back side of the house. Garmisch Classic, the largest ski resort in Bavaria, can be reached in 30 minutes. Here your apartment is a starting point for activities in the most beautiful Alpine region of Germany.

Washing machine/dryer for a fee The opposite lake terrace has direct access to the water, communal barbecue and bathing island. To get to the terrace/garden, you have to cross a street.

My accommodation is located directly on the Walchenseeufer with many sports facilities for anglers, hikers, skiers - the Herzogstandbahn can be reached on foot. The Duke's estate (the cable car can be reached on foot - you have a breathtaking view), the Benediktbeuern Monastery - the oldest Benedictine abbey in Upper Bavaria or the well-known Neuschwanstein Castle or Linderhof Castle - all offer interesting outflow destinations.
