Completely renovated in 2020, our cottage is ideal for a family holiday (2 or 3 families). Everything is planned to live quietly: large garden with terrace and bbq, ping-pong, sandbox and swing will delight your children. Spread over 2 floors, the 5 bedrooms are spacious. On the ground floor, the kitchen is super equipped, the living room of 48 m2 is very bright.

Our direct proximity to the highways (N25) will give you the advantage of reaching the pearls of BW (Waterloo, LLN, Walibi, Villers-la-Ville, etc.) in 15 minutes, otherwise put on your boots for great walks or rest by our river (Thyle). Superette 2 minutes away and fresh eggs at will!

Welcome to the pretty village of Nil Saint-Vincent, the geographical center of Belgium! Even if we live next door, an entrance in a private hall makes you feel completely at home. A staircase leads you to a large, comfortable, bright bedroom. You also have a bathroom and a separate toilet. Fridge, coffee and tea are at your disposal but no kitchen available. The house is located on a quiet street both next to the fields and shops.
