Monthly Rentals in Walnut Park

I stayed here for three weeks. It's a great value for mid to long term stays. The house is spotless. The bed is firm and comfortable. The other tenants were quiet and respectful during my tenure. I didn't see any bugs, except for the occasional spider in the bathtub. It's in a safe, residential neighborhood with easy access to the freeway and good restaurants, golf courses, etc. There's a McDonald's and a grocery store within walking distance. The room unfortunately does not have a TV nor computer monitor, so I had to buy one for my stay. Not a big deal, though. My only complaint would be that the walls are thin. The neighbors in the house nextdoor were noisy during my first week. Luckily, that didn't persist into weeks 2 & 3. Regardless, I didn't feel comfortable freely talking on the phone, or playing music because of how easily sound traveled. Still, though, I was satisfied with my experience as a whole, and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Tina was an amazing host, very friendly and communicative well and prompt. Everything was above and beyond. Clean and exactly as described and better. Perfect location with options for parking.

We had a wonderful stay at Walter and Briggitte’s place. The quiet and charming patio was a highlight, especially in the mornings, when it was the perfect spot to relax. Parking was hassle-free, and the location offered easy access to many local attractions. Walter was always available and happy to offer recommendations or answer any questions we had. One of our favourite areas, suggested by Walter, was Manhattan Beach, it’s definitely worth exploring. We also enjoyed a few great local cafes, including The Local Yolk and my personal recommendation, Café Wild.
