Monthly Rentals in Walton

The first experience I had was an early preparation for how to get in sense we came straight from our wedding, which was so helpful for us! Then when we got there everything was clean and perfectly set up exactly how the pictures gave off. the hot tub was nice and they also gave us a later check out time which was also very helpful and appreciated! We absolutely loved our stay and would come back for sure!

We came to Newton for a “Celebration of Life” memorial for a beloved family member. This large, open place with spacious bedrooms was perfect for our large family. The nice, clean kitchen had everything we needed. There’s plenty of comfy furniture in each room, along with extra blankets and pillows, which was perfect for using the sleeper sofa space. We appreciated the huge, fenced-in backyard for our kids to run around in. Also, we couldn’t have asked for better communication with Kelsey! A few things to note: 1. There’s nice curtains/blinds on the windows, but they aren’t darkening, so bring sleep masks if that’s an issue. 2. Bring earplugs if the frequent trains would wake you. 3. Both bathrooms have tubs, but only the master bathroom has a shower. 4. If you have multiple electronic devices or are dependent upon a good internet connection for work, know the Wi-Fi connection isn’t strong (1-7mbps download speed). Overall, the place was excellent - we’d definitely stay there again!

This little cottage was exactly what I needed to stay a night in Newton. It's small, but cozy. Very clean. Comfortable. The instructions getting to it were very clear and it was easy getting inside. They also have good internet which was a plus. It is literally in the back corner of their yard behind the house. Don't let that detract you from staying. It was very private and a great stay for what I needed.

Due to an issue with my travel plans, I didn't end up staying at Kaitlyn's rental. However, Kaitlyn was extremely friendly and helpful in communication about the home, and even offered to provide some items I was needing during my time there!
