The shops on Ludwigstrasse can be reached within a short walk. You can reach the bakery or discount shop in 2 minutes by bike.

My flat is ubicated in a quiet and modern, alpine residential area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, close to the Historical Center, just on the bottom of the mountain Wank. A huge balcony is providing sun from early morning to sunset, if it is not snowing :-) You can start hiking tours directly from my home, find cute cafés and restaurants within 5min walking distance, as well as supermarkets, gas station and nice little shops. If you come for alpine skiing, Garmisch Classic is only 2 km away.

The apartment was newly renovated in 2021 and has a living room/bedroom, a kitchen and a small bathroom with shower. It can accommodate 2 people. You can linger on the spacious terrace and also barbecue in the summer.
