Great location, and just as described. There are a lot of stairs up to the apartment, but that is to be expected. Yusuf was super helpful, and speedy to reply to questions. We plan to visit London again over the next few months, and wouldn't hesitate to book again if available. Thanks!

Charlottes place feels very homely, exactly as described with tasteful decor and personal touches. The location was excellent and despite being on high street was not noisy. Very clean and well equipped, and Charlotte was an amazing host, very proactive and friendly.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment, very well presented, looks exactly like the pictures. Located very close to shops/ restaurants and 5 mins from Leytonstone station. We enjoyed a great stay! Prem was a proactive, friendly host and communicated well throughout our stay.We appreciated his flexibility for check out.
