We had a wonderful stay! It was very peaceful and lovely. The place was very clean and comfortable. We do not have one complaint!

Such a fantastic stay. We spent the weekend here and it was perfect with our toddler. Clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully curated. We enjoyed relaxing in the cottage and using the fire pit, walking/running the canal, and exploring the food and shops in nearby Frenchtown and New Hope. It is a truly peaceful, beautiful area and Kristine/Will do absolutely everything to ensure you have a memorable stay. We especially loved the provided bagels, drinks and snacks. Thank you again for everything, we hope to be back one day.

Firstly, Wayne and Norma have created the perfect environment for a relaxing stay! So picturesque! Wayne greeted us when we pulled up and showed us notable points along the viewing scape, and offered to give us a tour of the barn area. 4 of us, including my 86 yr old MIL with a cane! Norma has stocked the place with preparations missing from every other rental location we’ve ever stayed! From make-up wipes, to eggs & bread in the fridge, having an iron, W/D, cleaners, vacuums, etc., that not only did you feel at home, but if you forgot it, they prepared by having it there! Great location if in the ABE area, and have multiple directions to go! We needed to go to Bethlehem, and it was 20-25 minutes away. New master bedroom mattress coming, but wasn’t in time for us, but all in all, didn’t detract from the visit! Loved it so much, we’ll probably be back from Florida to just stay for the peace and comfort and the area! Thanks Norma and Wayne for the exceptional stay!

We had a nice and peaceful stay. We had an event in the area and Ava’s place was just minutes from where we were going. It was absolutely convenient. The house was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The host checked on us as soon as we arrived and made herself available. And checked on us during our stay. What I enjoyed the most was how easy the host made booking and the actual stay. It was definitely a pleasure.
