We had a great stay, the place matched the description and we didn't need anything.

Very nice apartment with everything you need. Also blissful balcony where you can enjoy the sunshine. Within walking distance of metro and shop so Amsterdam is within easy reach but with the tranquility from outside of the city center. Wonderful. Also the reception and communication was very warm.

This was a beautiful place. It was much better than I imagined. It is the first Ike staying at a boat house and I don’t think we could have got a better experience. Both Rob and Karin were very responsive and took care of our needs immediately. The bedroom above is very spacious. Only thing to note is that the bathroom is only downstairs. It worked out fine for us. I highly recommend this place for a stay for max 3 people.

Cute spot, easy access to all of Amsterdam by bike and transit, but not right in the loudest areas. Steep walk up!

Martine provided a warm welcome and a very comfortable home. The area is absolutely fabulous. It is close to everything and has great cafes and restaurants. The nearby shops at Concertebeuw included great bakeries and a supermarket. Can also recommend the Saturday food market which provided fresh food and wonderful cheeses and baked goods. Our bedroom was very comfortable and warm. We enjoyed our stay very much. The internal stairs initially took us by surprise, we got used to them pretty fast and they are most likely standard for the area and age of the house. Very pleased to have booked here.

We were hosted very well by Sebastiaan. A nice touch awaited us: A bottle of sparkling wine and chocolate eggs. Accommodation is as described. It is perfect for two people, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay, it is very well located and very quiet. The bedding is extremely comfortable. We highly recommend this property.

Jan's apartment was in a great location - quiet but close to many restaurants, a supermarket, and public transportation. the apartment itself had a delightful lookout onto a canal. Pretty much everything we needed was provided. Jan was also exceptionally responsive at dealing with our questions about local eateries! I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Cleo and her Co-host Marleen were very welcoming and responsive. We felt at home. Lots of toys and games for younger children. Very cozy house. Naturally beautiful area good for hiking and biking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the accommodation was perfect, spacious, clean, well presented, comfortable. The games room and bikes were a nice bonus. The location was great for Amsterdam central, Leon and his family were happy to help with taxi service and it made it a super easy experience. It was also nice to come to a much quieter area to stay and escape the busy city. Leon answered all of our questions, explained everything well, you couldnt ask for more from an air BnB stay.

Mati and the canal house apartment were a perfect place to stay. The whole city was walkable or easy rides on trams. She was quickly responsive to our needs and very friendly. My wife liked the dozen or so resale and vintage stores within a block of two. The hosts recommendations for restaurants were wonderful and nearby. Never disappointed by local food and drink.

Great experience with Joost and his wife! The apartment was extremely comfortable, tidy, spacious and clean. Communication with Joost was impeccable, he resolved all our questions and gave us great advice. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, the night before we agreed at what time to receive it. I think it's a great solution if you want to visit Amsterdam but stay away from the chaos of downtown, but keep in mind that it takes 20 minutes by tram to reach it. The tram stop is really a 3-minute walk from the apartment, so very comfortable. Recommended 😊

The place was quiet. The cottage was very clean and nicely furnished. So you felt right at home. Victor and his wife were very kind and always responsive. The accommodation is fully recommended. There are many beautiful things to explore not far, such as the center of Edam or the promenade of Volendam. Be sure to go to Amsterdam with the bus. Super easy and you can get to the city center very quickly.

Helena is a great and hospitable host and she made us feel welcome right away. The location is hard to beat, with tons to do in the immediate area and all of the major areas of the city reachable within a 30 minute walk.

Amazing stay, gorgeous location on a quiet street. Walkable area with great cafe’s, restaurants, canals. Close to public transport to get anywhere in town. Jan-Bas was helpful and responsive during our stay.

Perfect quiet setting, and conveniently located close to multiple train stations. We were amazed at how quiet this neighborhood is, given its close proximity to the city center. Iris provided helpful info on nearby markets & great communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend!
