Cleo and her Co-host Marleen were very welcoming and responsive. We felt at home. Lots of toys and games for younger children. Very cozy house. Naturally beautiful area good for hiking and biking.

Tirsa's place is very nice and comfortable. Everything was perfect from the precise directions to the cleanliness of the apartment. Tirsa has met us about everything, we will definitely be back

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the accommodation was perfect, spacious, clean, well presented, comfortable. The games room and bikes were a nice bonus. The location was great for Amsterdam central, Leon and his family were happy to help with taxi service and it made it a super easy experience. It was also nice to come to a much quieter area to stay and escape the busy city. Leon answered all of our questions, explained everything well, you couldnt ask for more from an air BnB stay.

A nice quiet location where the house is still close to Amsterdam city center. We were received very friendly with a fresh cup of coffee. We find the energy in the house very important and ✨ it was certainly good. The garden house is beautiful and creatively decorated. We felt welcome in any case and that's what you want!

We enjoyed our week here. We know the Netherlands well so used it to explore, this time with our dog. It’s handy for Amsterdam - circa 30 mins to the south end of the Vondelpark via walking/ tram. All the main routes are also accessible. If you don’t have a car expect to walk quite a bit to get anywhere. Recommend the Quarter-beach for meals and also the brewery next to the nearest windmill for drinks/snacks. The house itself is simple but met our expectations.

Everything is perfect. Location is good. Room was very clean and relaxing. There happened a problem but he solved it by communicating me well. Thank you for this house!!

OK, so yes, it is expensive but so glad I was willing to pay for it. Beyond our expectations and the most memorable place I have ever stayed in Europe. The host was amazing, answering questions even suggesting a place for a celebration of my daughters birthday. Large supermarket 5 minute walk, reasonable Uber to and from airport. Metro 3-5 minute walk that takes you everywhere you would want to go. We arrive on May day and the river was full of recreational boats. We enjoyed the rowers as well. Truly special.

We had a great time at Arjen's place. The house is very nice, very beautifully decorated, in a quiet area, ideal for a family of 4. Very nice very well equipped kitchen. The parking space is a real plus knowing that then you can go to the center of Amsterdam in 20 minutes thanks to the nearby tram station. The house must be very nice in summer with the terrace by the water. We hope to return and recommend this rental 100%!

Stay was OK. Location is not the best, yet we knew what we are going for. Place feels bigger than it is described, we had 5 people and had no trouble. Heater works great, although instructions how to turn it on could be more help:)) Facility is clean and quiet: perfect for families. One thing that there are not much light around the marine, so make sure to arrive during the light hours for check-in, since otherwise it is easy to get lost.

Harold's cozy houseboat is ideal for a few days' stay in Amsterdam. By public transport you are super fast in the city center! The houseboat is cozily furnished and it's a little adventure to stay in if you're not used to it. Harold is very friendly and even gave us a fruit basket and a bottle of wine to welcome us!

We really enjoyed the location which had easy access to central Amsterdam, but also beautiful surroundings with water and a beach nearby. With small kids and dogs, with parking it was exactly what we needed. All the amenities were there, and very quiet surroundings.

Quiet weekend with our little boy The environment is beautiful and if needed a bus takes you to Amsterdam in 20-30 minutes right next to the marina! Perfect for a relaxing weekend

Very nice and clean place as shown in the pictures. Nice quiet location, yet about 30 min by bus from Amsterdam. Very easy and quick check in and check out. Quick and helpful responses from the host. Highly recommend!
