I want to start by saying that we had one of the best family vacations ever. The place was exceptionally clean, and as someone who is quite particular about cleanliness, order, and decor, I found it perfect in every corner. The communication was fantastic; every question I had was answered quickly and with great care. Without a doubt, this is a property worth visiting. We fell in love with it! ❤️🙏

We loved staying here with our four kids! Had everything we needed, super clean with thoughtful details, and the short walking distance to the pool was a fun bonus. Definitely would stay here next time we come back to 30A!

Family of four, celebrating a 10th birthday with trip to 30A — enjoyed the property, super easy to get to/park/access the beach. Loved the private beach and beach service (two chairs & umbrella) everyday we were there. The condo was as described, John was incredibly communicative, and we had everything we needed for a delightful and peaceful 4-day long weekend. Would absolutely stay again — thank you!!

We had an amazing stay! The house was perfectly located—just a short distance to the beach and close to all the local activities. It was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed and more for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The host was absolutely wonderful—responsive, thoughtful, and made us feel right at home. We highly recommend staying here and are already looking forward to coming back in the future!
