Comfortable family home close to restaurants in weatherford.
“This place was wonderful! It was much larger than I expected it to be based on the photos. Everything was very clean and comfortable and the decor was very whimsical, we were immediately in a great mood when we walked in the front door! The location in relation to the freeway was incredibly convenient. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Buckle up y’all.. We arrived after dark and it was still easy to find. We got inside to find a super clean cozy little farmhouse. As we made our way through the house I went upstairs to check out the bedrooms. I opened the closet door and saw another door on the other side. I instantly thought, nope, my husband can come see what’s behind that door. Then I saw the knob turning. I froze. Turns out my husband was the one opening the other side expecting to see a closet and then saw me just standing in there frozen he yelled and jumped back several feet. Pretty sure I knocked 10 years off of his life. Cute closet though that walks through from one bedroom and connects to the other. My kids were obsessed with the front porch swing. Kept them busy after a long drive while we unloaded our cars. After settling in we went out to enjoy the swing and noticed the winds really picking up. Weather channel said possibility of hail. I literally bought a new car 6 days earlier. So at around midnight I texted the host hoping they were awake. I asked if there was anywhere we could park our cars. They immediately responded that one of the barns should be unlocked. It was! I pulled my car into this dark barn, just after midnight, with light rain and gusty winds. As I step out of my car I am face to face with what must be one of their Halloween props. 🤣 I’m not going to ruin it just in case anyone else ends up with the same experience. I’ve stayed at a quite a few Airbnb’s over the years and this is by far my favorite one to date. My family and I will never forget this night. The closet scare, the fear of a dark barn, the Halloween surprise, and the gratefulness of a quick response for our peace of mind. Priceless. The next morning the kids were able to run around, wave to goats, and say cheese next to a few sunflowers. We loved every minute. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever passing through. I take that back. I’d go out of my way to do this again. ❤️”

“This is a great getaway for peace and quiet, and close to Roman Nose State park! The cabin was immaculate, cozy with all the amenities of home. Joan was very thoughtful with snacks and cookies welcoming us! Sit back and enjoy the scenery from the porch or picnic table, the grounds have chickens, cows, a friendly dog Hank (caged if preferred), and a large pond where you can fish. It was a lovely stop with kind hosts! If ever in need of a place in that area again, we will be certain to stay!”
