There are two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, with a hide-a-bed queen sleeper and room for a blow up mattress or two in the living room. We have a queen blow up mattress that we will set up if you want to use it. Fully stocked kitchen. Coffee, tea, sugar, oil and other condiments on site. Pets are not allowed. There will be a $250.00 per unauthorized pet. Guest will be evicted.

The lower level has a studio that is also an Airbnb, that is completely separate, with separate outdoor space & parking. Well appointed and energy efficient with double pain windows. Lots of wildlife viewings with deer in the yard and sometimes horses next door. Netflix and laundry facilities. Brand new carpet and no pets.

We live close to the beautiful Trinity River & 30 minutes from the Trinity Alps. We share our beautiful home which has a studio and bathroom that have their own access separate from our home. We have kayaks and bikes that you can borrow. The studio has a kitchen that is well stocked. You can enjoy feeding our llamas and horses as well as get great recommendations for fishing, hiking and outdoor adventure. We have our pickleball court available and can borrow paddles/balls.
