Just a few minutes from downtown Boone and the Boone Speedway, a short 17 miles to Jack Trice Stadium/Hilton Coliseum in Ames, and less than an hour to the Des Moines International Airport.

For your security we have a trail camera at the beginning of the driveway that won’t intrude on your privacy.

I welcome guests to a safe quiet neighborhood. This is a cape cod style home with Bedroom 1 on main level and Bedroom 2 on second floor. The kitchen, dining area, full bath and comfortable living room are also on main level. Laundry and additional 3/4 bath are located in basement. I have enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of frequently used areas due to COVID-19.

This unique home has a style all its own. If bringing pets, you must register the pets at checkout on the booking. All guests must be registered or a charge of $25 will be added per guest. Owners do not live in this house. Must lock all doors and turn off all lights when leaving the house or an additional charge of $25 will be added.
