Vacation rentals with a patio in Webster County

Michelle's place was the perfect base for us to explore the area. I was going to a quilt show in Branson and thought it would be the perfect time to also check out the Laura Ingalls Wilder home and Baker Creek Seed company. After a couple days of busy sightseeing, Michelle's apartment was the perfect place to relax. This space is very thoughtfully furnished - we especially loved the comfortable living room furniture! We ate at the nearby Mexican restaurant and had coffee at the next door coffee shop one morning. The bed was comfortable and the entire place was very clean. There's even a grocery store around the corner for anything you might need. Michelle was also very responsive and kept us informed before and during our stay. It was a great getaway!

We booked last minute for a short one night stay to meet up with out of town family. Charla's place was perfect for us to rest our heads and family to visit. The building is located on a main road but the unit is in the back and road noise is minimal. Unit is clean, kitchen well stocked. Unit has no living room but bedroom has a sitting area. The outdoor living space makes up for it in spades. Nice covered patio and outdoor firepit (wood, lighter and firestarters provided) were a perfect place to enjoy the beautiful pre-spring weather, s'mores and conversation. The bathroom is another room in itself. A multi-functional bathroom, prep area and dressing room in one. Parking is off the side road in the driveway. We felt safe and like a neighbor. Situated in a quiet neighborhood. Short drive to restaurants, MSU and downtown. Neighborhood is nice and walkable. Communication throughout our stay was prompt and efficient. When back in the area, we would not hesitate to book here again.

We had a very enjoyable relaxing stay in this cute little place. It was nice to be so close to the arena so we could go back and forth as needed. Jennifer was very friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcomed. She had waters chilled in the fridge as well as snacks waiting for us. We will definitely be back.

Very clean and well stocked condo/apartment. They supplied dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The bed’s were comfortable. The workout room was decent. People were friendly. It was safe and secure. The free coffee was so amazing! Lots of different options no need to run to Starbucks or 7 Brew! Great stay for a week! Thanks!

This place is such a show place. It is so cute and quaint. We loved it so much and would definitely stay there again when in Springfield! The towels and linens looked brand new. And everything was spotless. We felt very safe there and just enjoyed the “loft”experience. Great job Amanda. Thank you for having us.

We really enjoyed our stay at “The Farmer Loft”! So excited that Hartville has this!!! The accommodations are fabulous…very clean, cozy and inviting!! Although the outside is still a work in progress, you will be impressed when you walk inside the apartment. It had everything we needed and was the perfect place to stay while we were in town visiting family! Amy and Laron were great hosts and always quick to respond to my questions. We will definitely come here again when we need a place to stay in the area!!

6 week stay not a single complaint or problem. Was great as well for people in wheel chairs looking for minimal steps and easy access. Close to all medical facilities cox mercy etc also very close to Walgreens and the amazing Hurts donuts is 2 min away!

The home was very well-designed, modern, and cozy. My favorite part was the backyard. Overall, the home was very spacious. The espresso machine was a unique touch to the stay.

Wonderful home away from home. Host sent me email with easy check in instructions ahead of time. Clean and has everything we needed. Do yourself a favor and look in the bedroom closets for the nicest blankets to use while on watching a movie on the couch! I would love to know where they bought them!!

Zina was a great host. We met her to get the key. She left some supplies in the refrigerator and the pantry if you wanted to cook a snack. The place met our needs and the location was perfect for where we needed to be. It was great for two adults and a small dog. She even gave eggs and waffles on morning. The wi-fi was great and I was able to watch the hockey game on my laptop after a long day. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom had some extras in case you forgot something. The floors are all hard for easy cleaning with some area rugs. So I would bring an extra mat for your dog, if you travel with one. Especially if it's older. We usually have all our own dog gear. She was a great host and even left her phone number for us. Though she also lives in the other half of the house. Most times we did not even know she was there, except for her vehicle. She was flexible with our check out due to our weird schedule on Sunday. We would stay again.

What a wonderful Stay. Listing may claim Minimalist but our experience was far from that. Only thing Minimalist maybe would be the living room seating but I've never staid where so many supplies,pantries and fridge had things for the guest. When we return to Springfield we will Def be staying here again. 2 blocks from Bass Pro and tons of other things to do. A+++++
