Easy to get to, comfortable dwelling: beds were comfortable for us, plenty of clean towels, and if you like to prepare your own meals, I’ve never seen a property w such an extensive assortments of spices and sundry items. Very impressive.

Dewayne is always quick to respond and so helpful. We are frequent visitors to Springfield, and we always try to stay in one of his properties. We know that we will have stylish accommodations that are clean and comfortable. He is always helpful when we’ve had unexpected family issues and had to reschedule. He is an excellent host!

Really enjoyed our stay. I did see in another review that there were a lot of stairs, we didn't mind them. The place was very clean and had everything we needed.

We drove into town for 7 hours for a concert and this place was perfect! Pictures do Not do it justice! It was beautiful!

This was our second time staying here and everything was excellent, just like before. I really like having two bathrooms for our family of five. The queen bed is very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is top-notch. John & Donna's place is highly recommended.

My family and I had a fantastic stay! We went down to have a little get away and see the aquarium and this beautiful home and kind host made our stay incredible and memorable! Adie is very responsive and helpful through her communication, and the home was perfect for our family of four. We are certainly going to be staying again in the future!

We were in town for a week long basketball tournament. Maida's place was in a quiet neighborhood centrally located to all the gyms where we played. It was easy to find and easy to get to and was the perfect place for us to rest, relax and recharge. The house is spacious with tons of living area and places to sit. There was severe weather one evening, and Maida messaged to make sure we were aware- that was very appreciated. The house worked well for us, but here are a few things to be aware of. As soon as we walked in, the smell of fragrance plug-ins was overpowering. We unplugged them, opened windows to air out the house, and when we returned from dinner, it was much better. The second "full" bathroom is minuscule. There is a shower, sink and toilet, but everything is very tiny. I don't think the pics portray that. The memory foam King bed was uncomfortable with sagging in the middle (no back support). We would stay here again, as the + outweigh the - by a ton! Great house!

Wonderful home away from home. Host sent me email with easy check in instructions ahead of time. Clean and has everything we needed. Do yourself a favor and look in the bedroom closets for the nicest blankets to use while on watching a movie on the couch! I would love to know where they bought them!!

Felt like home away from home! We enjoyed the homey feeling and decor and it was a big enough space for two families to enjoy on our way to Branson. Loved the complimentary coffee bar! Would have enjoyed the hot tub but it was raining by the time we got back to the house.

Cute and cozy charming house, older but has character. Very nice and well stocked kitchen. House has a comfy, spacious living room with large screen TV. Great beds and nice that bedrooms separated by the bathroom was a plus. Having laundry access on site was much appreciated. Felt like a very safe well lit part of the street. Great off road parking in the driveway. Was comforting knowing there is a basement as a storm blew through that Friday night. Location of the house to access any part of the town was super. Nice oversized fenced backyard. Very cute well kept house.

The best time ever everything was very comfortable and the hot water was apparently endless! I will definitely be reaching out again for this spot!!

Dmitriy’s place is awesome! The condo was perfect and had all the amenities needed for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Very clean, with modern/easy to use appliances. Dmitriy was an excellent host; he was very friendly and answered all the questions I had promptly. Great location VERY close to the Niangua and Bennett Spring. 10/10 would go back!

This was our families first time staying at Arbnb so we weren't sure what to expect, but it was great for all of what we needed. We stayed there because we were at National Homeschool basketball tournament.

Had a great stay and Dmitriy responded to all questions within minutes. The place felt brand new and for anyone wanting a great place near Bennett Springs whatever your reason give Bennettscape a look. It was perfect for our fishing trip we will book our future trips at this location.

Super cute & new. Very accommodating (we got in super late) the aesthetic is gorgeous & it was very well written instructions. No problems.
