The 125 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating as well as a TV. Please note that there are stairs to and inside the property. Your private outdoor area includes a garden and a barbecue.

Our apartment "Silencio" is located in the municipality of Amtsberg, on the northern edge of the Erzgebirge. The modern furnishings and unique location, surrounded by nature, invite you to relax. The apartment is located on a large property. Our home offers the ideal starting point for a variety of activities, such as hiking, cycling, city trips, swimming and skiing. In addition to Chemnitz, the two largest cities in Saxony, Leipzig and Dresden, are easily accessible.

Holiday apartment Wittig at the Kulturbahnhof

The highlights of the apartment are a spacious living room with a double bed under the roof (access via a ladder) and an open kitchen-living room. Bed linen and towels as well as basic equipment (toilet paper, dishes and spices) are available. The cozy barbecue area, including charcoal, can be used for cozy hours. We will take care of cleaning the grill. Please note that if you book an overnight stay (1 day) we will add an additional €10 to the total price.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water.
