The Spatzennest is a quiet apartment for 2 people that invites you to relax. The half-timbered walls are plastered with clay, so that a cozy indoor climate is created. Wood and natural materials give the apartment a special charm. From the window, you can watch the sparrows from spring to summer as they breed in the neighboring roof and raise their young. The 30 m² apartment Spatzennest on the first floor of the renovated side building of the Buschmühle has a bedroom with double bed and a living area with integrated kitchen and a small bathroom with shower/toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate induction cooker, fridge with freezer and toaster. For our guests, Wi-Fi is available free of charge. If you need a high chair, please contact us. Please note that all apartments are non-smoking apartments and no pets can be brought.

Die komplett eingerichtete FeWo mit Terrasse befindet sich auf unserem Dreiseitenhof . Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Wohnung / 40m2 . Die 2 Betten sind 1m breit und 2m lang , 1 Schlafsofa ist 2×2 m ist als 3.Bett sehr bequem. Wandern in den Weinbergen von Seußlitz , im Sommer im Naturbad Goltzscha relaxen und den nur 400 m entfernte Elberadweg nutzen machen Lust auf mehr . Parkplätze und 2 Fahrräder stehen kostenfrei bereit .Ihre eigenen Fahrräder sind auf unseren Hof sicher .

We would like to welcome you to our cozy and green apartment in the Pleißa district. The apartment is conveniently located. Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly get to cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Western Ore Mountains. Chemnitz City can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.

Living with factory charm at the foot of the Chemnitz Kaßberg, a charming Wilhelminian-style neighborhood. You will stay in a cozy self-contained apartment (about 50 m²) under the roof. Space for up to four guests (two on the double bed in the bedroom, two on the 1.40 m sofa bed in the living room). Incl. Wi-Fi. Everything is furnished with a lot of love and a sense of detail - feel at home. Whether a short trip or a longer stay, the amenities are available.

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket on the other side of the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

Sonja's apartment, 4 people, Reichenhain

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water.
