It is in a quite friendly community, and is within a 30 minute drive of the beautiful Cheaha mountains (State Park). There is a Dollar General in Millerville just 2 miles away.

The 3/ 4 acre lot has green space by the water, a boat ramp, private gazebo and floating dock, and a comfortable camper that sleeps four or five. The large covered patio provides seating and outdoor dining for 8 people. Evenings by the fire pit or patio gives you a great view of the stars.

Outside grilling area with sofa, dining table and chairs, Weber grill with gas provided.
