Relax and unwind, on the river with family and friends! This quaint 3 bedroom offers the perfect location to meet all your vacation needs! Minutes away from casual dining to fine dining at Brians Place! Jump in the water and go for a swim or use the 2 person canoe, 1 person kayak and 1 person paddle board that the property offers to see Manatees and the occasional Dolphin! There is a floating Mat as well. Please no pets on the mat and wash and roll it up after use.

Do you want to kayak and explore, if so, this is the house for you. You can kayak Mud River, Little Salt Creek Spring, and the Weeki Wachee River. Have the best of all worlds. There's so much to see here with the manatees and dolphins swimming by or the eagles and other wildlife flying above your head. This is old Florida at its best. Kayak the Weeki Wachee River and come back to the house for a quiet night around the fire pit playing a game of corn hole.
