The village of Neindorf is 5 km away from Oschersleben, where the Motorsport Arena is also located. In the village itself there is a village jug with home-brewed beer and grill specialties. In addition, there is a hospital with bakery, coffee and small snack. The excursion destination Harz is reached in a short time.

The apartment is the complete upper floor with a large living/dining area, bedroom with double bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, etc.) The apartment is located in the center of Helmstedt (district Barmke) and is easily accessible via the A2. It is quietly located and through the large windows comes a lot of light into the apartment, with all windows equipped with shutters.

The emergency bed, 5th sleeping place, is on the sofa and free of charge. The WE is located on the 1st floor and has a green courtyard view. Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.
