The apartment is located in the basement of the house (pleasantly cool in summer). The landlord lives upstairs. A separate entrance, bathroom in the basement, toilet, private kitchen with basic equipment for cozy cooking evenings and many niches in the garden invite you to linger undisturbed.

The bike path around the lake is very popular with guests. Water sports activities: surfing, sailing, SUP (rental on the beach for a fee). Connection to the public network by S-Bahn in the village. To the airport about 25 minutes by car. The garden house is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.

Between the Leitha Mountains and Lake Neusiedl is our cozy, spacious Seepanorama vacation home. Here, vacation dreams come true: open, spacious living on over 200 square meters with impressive views of the largest steppe lake in Central Europe. Families and children are welcome! All around there is plenty of nature, water, sports, culture, cuisine and wine to discover! Rich breakfast basket per person/night optional for EUR 12 (to be paid in cash on site).

In 2025, I completely renovated another apartment. AVA 3 is 60m2 and is located on the 1st floor of the main house. Spaces: entrance area, bathroom with spacious shower ( 1.20 m x1m), sink, private washing machine, separate toilet, large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. All rooms are equipped with central heating. The apartment is bright and modernly furnished. Relax in this special and quiet space.
