The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Gemütliches Haus für die ganze Familie

Unser Haus liegt im Herzen von Weilerbach. 1 Bäckerei und 1 Metzgerei sind fußläufig, mehrere Supermärkte mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Restaurants und Spielplätze sind beinahe direkt vor der Haustür zu finden. Das Haus kann 6 Personen willkommen heißen und ist komplett ausgestattet. Auch Langzeitgäste und Ihr Haustier sind herzlich willkommen. Die Ramstein Air Base ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Nach Kaiserslautern fährt man ebenfalls mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten.

Die Wohnung befindet sich ruhig gelegen in Weilerbach. Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in Weilerbach vorhanden. Die Air Base in Ramstein ist in ca. 8 km und Kaiserslautern ist in ca. 10 km zu erreichen. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und einen geräumigen Wohn- und Essbereich mit offener und voll ausgestatteter Küche. Die überdachte Terrasse lädt zum draußen sitzen ein. Waschraum inkl. Waschmaschine, sowie kostenfreie Parkplätze vorhanden.

Unser über 175 Jahre altes ehem. Bauernhaus befindet sich in zentraler Ortskernlage von Queidersbach, genau gegenüber des parkähnlichen Dorfplatzes. Sie wohnen in einer Einraumwohnung mit Küche und Bad. Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs (Supermarkt, Bäckereien, Metzgereien, Apotheke, etc.) sind in wenigen Gehminuten rund um unser Haus zu finden. Frische Eier gibt's beim Bauernhof nebenan und ein kleiner Obst- & Gemüsemarkt findet jeden Samstag schräg gegenüber im alten Milchhaus statt.

Vacation apartment in the musicians' house

The builder of this house, Ludwig Jacob, moved like many Mackenbacher into the world to earn a living for his family with his music. In 1906 he was able to build this house in the style of the usual "musicians' houses" here. In 2014 we set up the apartment on one floor and are always happy to welcome guests from all over the world. We also speak English. Outside, we offer a wooden terrace with pergola, an outdoor shower and a 1700 sqm garden.

The former servants' quarters of the original farmhouse was lovingly converted by us into a spacious attic apartment. The apartment, which has been extended into the gable, exudes a very special charm. In the 75 m² apartment there is a double bedroom and baby bed and a large living room with open, fully equipped kitchen. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower with wall heating.
