Our apartment (in a 3-family house) in the basement, is located between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the middle of the “Pfaffenwinkel.“ The optimal starting point for numerous excursions to sights or also sporting activities such as hiking or cycling. Larger shopping facilities can be found in Weilheim, Peißenberg or Murnau. In addition, a natural swimming pond with a small Kneipp facility is about 1 km away and allows spontaneous refreshment at any time of the day

Experience relaxing days in our lovingly furnished holiday apartment in the picturesque Alpine foothills. Surrounded by rolling hills, green meadows, clear lakes (e.g., Lake Ammersee and Lake Starnberg), and forests, our apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes, bike rides, or relaxing hours in nature. In winter, you can reach various ski resorts in about 45 minutes. This spacious two-room apartment can accommodate 1 to 4 people. We look forward to your visit!

Cozy attic apartment

In a quiet location on the edge of the village, surrounded by woods and meadows, you will find our cozy attic apartment in a large wooden house, once a bakery. In summer, an outdoor seating area in the courtyard offers the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful natural setting: eat outside, have a barbecue or simply relax. The apartment has its own entrance and there are plenty of parking spaces in the courtyard. Dogs are welcome, we have a large friendly herding dog.

Unsere "Waldhütte" steht mitten im Fünf-Seen-Land und im Pfaffenwinkel. Sie ist das Richtige für Reisende die Ruhe suchen aber eine gute Verkehrsanbindung zu Ausflugszielen wie z.B. Schlösser, Seen, Berge oder die Stadt München wünschen. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich und mitten in der Natur! A cosy - carming apartment in a 115 year old house

Our 110 year old in nouveau art house is located in the beautiful and astonishing prealpine lands right in between Munich and the famous castles. Our guesthome has a big kitchen with everything you need to cook, two cosy and indivilual bed rooms and a modern bathroom. The living room has a romantic fireplace. The place is perfect for families, couples and friends.

The Pearl - Green, new, fancy!

This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.

Our cosy granny flat with fireplace is located in a central but quiet location, in the southern part of the monastery village of Polling. The apartment has a separate entrance and extends over two floors on approx. 58 m². It is about a 5-minute walk to the monastery, the famous library hall or the local beer garden and the Edeka market
