Der große Pool und der Jakuzie sind saisonal von Jan-Okt zu nutzen. Die Sauna ist für bis zu 6 Pers ganzjährig nutzbar. Der Barbeque Grill und die 2 Kamine laden zur Gemütlichkeit ein.

Der Steigerwald Erfurt (kurz "Steiger" genannt) befindet sich auf der vis-à-vis und bietet unendlich viele Natur und damit verbundene Wanderwege auf rund 1.000 Hektar. Von hier aus erreicht man zu Fuß die Innenstadt, alle Wahrzeichen von Erfurt, Kulur, Gastronomie, Einzelhandel und Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Mit dem Auto finden Sie kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten entlang der Parkstraße. Die Straßenbahn (Haltestelle Steigerstraße bzw. Milchinselstraße) ist Fuß in ca. 8 Minuten erreichbar.

Small charming house 15 minutes to Erfurt.

The small house is located on the county road between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior is new and has been designed with a lot of love. The furniture is made of lumber and exudes a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with French balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes care of daily maintenance by arrangement). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible at any time of the day by arrangement.

Welcome to our lovingly renovated ecological house, a retreat in the middle of Weimar. In just 10 minutes you can walk through the idyllic Ilmpark directly into the old town and still live here quietly, green and completely private. Our house is a former Gagfah house with character and history, which we have carefully expanded and ecologically renovated. It was important to us to preserve the original charm, with natural materials, warm colors and loving details.

A large roof terrace overlooking the castle lets the evenings end comfortably with wine. They are located when leaving the house right downtown with many cafes, restaurants and attractions. A baker for the breakfast rolls is right around the corner.
