After the somewhat bumpy approach over a short stretch of gravel road (parking on the street with a 50-100 m walk is of course also possible ;)) and the steps to the apartment are overcome, an oasis of peace awaits you far away from street noise and city stress. The lovingly furnished, bright self-contained apartment located on the outskirts is less than 50 m from the banks of the Nahe and the barefoot path. It is about 64 square meters, has its own entrance with its own parking space. It is equipped with a new kitchen, a bedroom with a cozy 1.80 double bed, a living and dining room with TV, as well as a comfortable bathroom with a floor-level shower and toilet & a small terrace. This wonderful 1 bedroom apartment disposes an open plan living room with a seating area with TV. The apartment can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 1-2 children (1 sofa-bed in the living room or 1 separate childs bed). The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need - except oven or microwave - and there is a table for dining with 4 chairs in the room. The bedroom has a king size bed and a wardrobe for your belongings. The bathroom is small and has a bathub.
