The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the 2nd floor of a 6-family house overlooking Leonberg. The kitchen has a cozy dining niche and is fully equipped. The beautiful old town is only 600 meters away. It is 15 km to Stuttgart city center and 24 km to the airport. Very conveniently located by car via A8 / A81 and expressway to Stuttgart. The bus stop is 1 minute away. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

Quiet 2-room apartment on the ground floor of a detached house with garden and terrace in a quiet cul-de-sac. A parking space is located right by the apartment. Within a radius of approx. 30 minutes are the Black Forest and the Swabian Alps with many hiking trails and excursion opportunities. Stuttgart and Karlsruhe can also be reached easily and quickly via the direct highway connection. The Tripsdrill amusement park is about 45 minutes away.

Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet neu eingerichtet und hat eine schöne Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer, Fernseher, Internet, Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sind es 2 Minuten. Gleich gegenüber befindet sich ein italienisches Restaurant wo man super Essen gehen kann. Ich wohne im Ort und kann Euch bei Fragen rund um die Region gerne unterstützen. Zum Flughafen Stuttgart sind es mit dem Auto ca. 20 bis 30Minuten.

In the kitchen you will find everything for daily use (including dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave).
