The house was very clean with plenty of room, nice kitchen, the bedrooms look exactly as they are on the website, the basement was spacious with a nice big couch and TV. The game room was lots of fun. Plenty of bathrooms for a group. The kitchen seemed stocked well with kitchen appliances and kitchen utensils. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a spacious house in a quiet neighborhood!!

This find was definitely a gem! Jeanna's place was spacious, clean, homey, and had everything we could have needed for a comfortable extended stay. We love to cook, so the kitchen amenities were greatly appreciated. WiFi was fast and the Roku on the TV gave us access to all our favorite streaming platforms. Jeanna was extremely kind, accommodating and was very responsive to all of our questions. The Walmart within walking distance was also a big plus for groceries and whatever else we needed. This was one of our bestcair bnb experiences, we would absolutely stay again!

We were in Windsor, CO celebrating my daughter’s high school graduation. The house was conveniently located minutes away from Hoedown Hill. She enjoyed tubing and snowboarding. We will definitely stay in Kate’s home again. She even left a sweet message on the refrigerator upon our arrival. It really made my daughter’s day!

Great place in rural Erie with a beautiful view of the front range and lots of space. The property is large and in warmer weather would be a treat to enjoy (it was cold during my stay). Jon's dogs are super sweet and were very nice to my 2 dogs. The guest house is quite clean and fully equipped.

Casey is a great host. Friendly and responsive. Also gave us our privacy. The rental was as described and suited our needs. It was a good value as well. Would rent again if needed.
