The beach, city center and train station are within walking distance in approx. 10-15 minutes. The nearest supermarket is about 250 meters away. Dogs are very welcome here!

The apartment is bright, cozy and very small (about 34m2, 1.5 rooms) and was last renovated in January 2022. Built-in kitchen, eco-design floor (phtalate-free) and electrics were renewed in 2017. Suitable for anyone who wants to be on the edge of Westerland and who do not mind the "charm of a yellow brinker complex" Theodor Heuss Str. 16-22". Small southwest balcony available. Parking. Delightful cottage on scenic Bolilmark

What we most often hear about our cottage is that it has a nice atmosphere, that you feel welcome and at home and that it is cozy. We strive to make the cottage personal but also functional, which is why the decor is a good mix of new and old. We bought the cottage in 2018, renovating it a little along the way and as time allows. What we want is for the cottage to look cozy and personal. Our wish is that the house can be the framework for creating good memories.

VACATION FROM ME Tinnum is centrally located in the middle of the island and Sylt can be easily explored from here by the ladies' bike, which is inclusive PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN NEEDED COVERS AND TOWELS. THESE ARE NOT INCLUSIVE AND OUT OF STOCK. You pay your tourist tax directly to the host and receive a spa and beach use card as a receipt. Every guest is subject to tourist tax. The tourist tax will be paid by the host directly to the municipality of Sylt.

The fantastic apartment, over 90 m², can accommodate five people. It has a double bedroom with TV and adjoining shower room, as well as two cozy single bedrooms, one of which can be used as a double bedroom with pull-out bed. A private shower room is also available for this purpose. An open, fully equipped kitchen-living room with two patio doors makes the apartment a summer dream. The terrace can only be used by you in the morning, noon and evening sun.
