De historische bakkerij uit 1663 in Wergea ligt 15 minuten met de auto van het centrum van Leeuwarden. Het huis is volledig gerestaureerd en van alle comfort voorzien. De inrichting is een combinatie van warme kleuren, materialen, moderne en klassieke meubelen, met veel woonaccessoires. Het wordt vaak vergeleken met een Charles Dickens sfeer. Omdat het huis midden in Fryslân ligt is het perfect voor uitstapjes, naast lekker uitrusten en genieten. Maar natuurlijk ook heerlijk naar Leeuwarden.

At the end of 2023, we converted our cozy B&B into an apartment that is equipped with all comforts. And we speak from experience because during the renovation of our own house, we lived in it ourselves! 🏡 Also check out our website! The accommodation is located in a rural area, but also close to Leeuwarden and Dokkum. The perfect base for hiking and cycling. Welcome to our old farmhouse, part of which the former stable has been transformed into an attractive B&B. Specially decorated with lots of art on the wall and a well-stocked bookcase. Lodging "Smederij Sterk" is located in the old city forge of J. Sterk. The monumental building dates from 1907 and is located in the middle of the city center, close to museums, restaurants, cozy shopping streets and the station.
