The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house. The renovated apartment has 1 cozy living room, 1 spacious dining room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a modern kitchen. In about 10 minutes you can reach the city center of Wernigerode, the market square with the town hall and the many restaurants and shops. The bathing establishment is opposite, and the swimming pool is also about 400 meters away.

The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance.
