This beautiful little apartment was built 15 years ago. On the outside with old beautiful sandstone, modern from the inside. A kitchen built by a carpenter with a dishwasher, bathroom with bathtub + shower and a bedroom with family bed(3m) there we sleep 4 :) You can pull out the couch. Close to nature 90 m² apartment (house in a single location) in the Palatinate Forest only 10 minutes by car from the city center of Kaiserslautern. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (with stair lift), It is bright, modern, well equipped and has its own entrance. It is well suited for families as well as for older people. Due to our idyllic secluded location, the nearest supermarket is a good 5 km away, and the nearest shopping center is about 8 km away.

The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.
