A perfect place to relax after a day on the beach. Located at the top of The Turrets this apt has non stop breezes so you are cool during the day and no bugs to bother you at night. The daytime ocean view is incredible. Sunsets deliciously wonderful.
“We loved our stay at Casa Mi Sueno, Lysle and Cynthia were very hospitable and went beyond our expectations in providing everything we needed. Lysle picked us up from the airport and offered to make a few stops so we can get groceries which was very helpful. The outdoor kitchen and balcony is a very enjoyable space. The pool is located about a 5 minute steep walk away and is quiet and beautiful. The village of West Bay is quite close and can be accessed, along with the beach with a 15 minute walk. I highly recommend this apartment for the great views overlooking the jungle and the sea and the warm hospitality of the owners.”

“We loved the villa and the resort it was in, which was the nicest on the beach in our opinion as we loved all the lush vegetation throughout the property. Housekeeping was very thorough every day and did an excellent job! Staff at the bar and beach, in particular Alberto and Edwin were ALWAYS ready and able to please. Food was very good at the bar (the TAPS bar was not open the whole time we were there) especially the wings and pizza. Although the villa was fully self efficient, we did have some leaking in the living from the rain, and they did come to fix it but it likely needs more attention. Some overall maintenance throughout the villa would be a good idea, but again we had a wonderful vacation. Christopher at the office did arrange one tour for us which was very good and the cab driver Raul was excellent as well. Didn't love the Cruise ship people taking up lots of space on the beach the days they came in but they did segregate them to one side and the resort guests to the other side which was a good idea. Also, it was VERY ANNOYING to be accosted all the time with vendors on the beach - the same people kept coming back 7 - 8 times a day to us and this did not help to enjoy sitting on the beach. A couple things that we would recommend. 1) Beach Volleyball - many people would enjoy playing this. 2) Having vendors come ONLY at certain times or certain days and NOT everyday and ALL DAY Snorkeling was the best I've ever done, hands down. Even at the end of the beach, although the coral there isn't great, there was still amazing snorkeling to be had anytime of the day. We did do a catamaran tour of the east side of the island, which I highly recommend as this area was truly amazing snorkeling!!! I would go back again for sure as the island, the people, the snorkeling, the food, the beach were all amazing!!!!”

“We had a great stay in Roatan. Thank you for your communication. Pick up and drop off at the airport went smoothly with John John. Stopped at the grocery store after leaving the airport. Loaded up on food and drink for the week. Enjoyed talking with Mirta, and all the guys at the dive shop Ran out of gas, on the grill, John John quickly brought us a replacement. The bottled water worked out great, really made it so much more convenient to stay hydrated. All the amenities and the renovation that you did we’re really nice, Better than anticipated. The cooking utensils, and all flatware, dishware, etc., really facilitated making good meals in the condo. better than anticipated. I hope to be back in the future with my kids, who are in seventh and ninth grade, would love to get them their open water certification as well. We were able to get in 13 dives, which included a night dive. The marine life was great, we saw a tremendous variety of fish, and corals. Also ran across a 8 foot nurse shark, multiple octopus, lots of turtles, eels, and had fun looking for some of the small stuff, nudibranchs etc. The kayaks and paddle boards were really nice to have available. Was able to paddleboard down to West end, and back. Also enjoyed getting out for some morning runs, the hills add some level of difficulty, with the heat. I searched many listings, trying to find just the right place. I can recommend Jack’s place without any reservations. It was a little bit more than I had planned on spending, but the location, amenities, proximity to the dive shop, made it the perfect choice and just the right place. It is tucked around the corner In a tranquil setting at the end of West Bay beach. For diving, it allows you quick access to both the north side and the south side of the island to get away from any rough water. There was only one day with rougher water on the northside, and we quickly went around to the southside to dive. The water temperature was 86 to 87°, very warm, and comfortable. We dove with and without wetsuits. I highly recommend Jack’s place.”
