House vacation rentals in West Betuwe

We look back on a lovely week in Huis Ewijk. We have 3 labradors (13.5 , 11 and 5 years) and a complete and solid fenced garden is therefore very important to us and that is definitely the case here. The house is very beautiful, tastefully and cozily decorated, exactly as in the pictures. Really everything has been thought of, really nothing is missing here to be able to make it a nice holiday. Upon entering the house, we were immediately pleasantly surprised by all kinds of delicacies on the table and in the fridge that Justin and Carleen (nice and attentive hosts) had prepared. Besides, not only we were surprised, there were also sweets ready for the doggies and 3 delicious pillows. The beds (really good nice beds) were already made and there are plenty of towels ready. The windows are easy to black out with roller blinds and there are mosquito screens everywhere. In any case, it is worth repeating for us, we'd love to come back again!

It was all as described, the location and scenery were wonderful. It was definitely worth it for the money. It could have been a little cleaner (bedding or bed) but overall we had a very nice vacation

This is how you do Air BnB the right way! Having stayed in a number of Air BnB's this is without a doubt up there as the best yet I have been to. Kimmie was extremely welcoming, responsive and helpful, we couldn't have asked for any more from our host. The house was extremely clean and we very much enjoyed the hot tub and bath! The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We enjoyed ourselves so much we will be going back soon. Kimmie had kindly set up a safe sleeping cot with appropriate bedding for my daughter along with a high chair and toddler cutlery, it's this attention to detail which made the difference for us. If you are looking for a place to stay on a lovely lake with everything you need, do not hesitate to book!

Antoine’s place was perfect for our little trip to the Netherlands, perfectly situated for what we had planned. The location was also peaceful and a tranquil environment for when we were not out and about. I particularly enjoyed a morning run around the lake.

Marcel is a great host who takes care of his guests. He is available when needed. The apartment is very nice, quiet and peaceful. Everything that is needed for å week or weekend is there and the outdoor area is beautiful.

The cottage is very comfortably furnished and the hosts provide everything you need. The hot tub is the highlight. The only thing we were missing was a closet. Marlie and Mark are very friendly and provided us with tips and were immediately available for questions. We felt very comfortable and definitely recommend the house.

Pleasantly beautiful, neat, well maintained and clean cottage. Flexible guest lady. Great communication. Highly recommended. Surroundings are beautiful. Close to Nijmegen (20 minutes drive). The downside is that the restaurant in the park was closed. I suspect temporarily.

Very cozy place. Remote from the big cities, what we were looking for. For those who love to eat on the grill, you can rent a grill. There are cars for children to ride and a playground. Large area. The place was clean and tidy. Everything is great.

Wow what a lovely cottage!!! Perfect for our 7 days stay, close to all places we wanted to visit with a vehicle. Also, enjoyed walking distance to supermarket, center city and ferry to Gorinchem. The bikes were an enjoyable addition to our stay! Communication was very efficient with Kim and family. Four Happy Canadians

The house was big and spacious, exactly as shown in the photo. The estate itself is also very large. That's why I'm surprised by the statements about the audible celebrations. We were almost alone. It was very idyllic. If you like to walk, hear the birds chirping and enjoy sunrises and sunrises, this is the place to be.

Esther’s place was beautiful! Peaceful location but close to main road into Amsterdam and surrounding areas. Great location to all of Holland. Lots of home comforts and the beer / wine was most welcomed when we arrived.

Kim is a friendly host. Upon arrival, there were Easter eggs on the table for us. Nice place. Nice furnishings. Kitchen with all the amenities. Quality coffee and tea. Sofa that sits comfortably.T.V available . Great bed, nicely made... sleeps fine, with bathroom en suite. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel provided. Private terrace. The apartment is 150 meters from a supermarket (lidl) The old town center of the fortified city is by bike (which you can also borrow from Kim for free) about 10 minutes by bike. Very nice to cycle to restaurant De Stroming (on the water), for a snack and a drink. Or walk through the old town. Folder with all kinds of tips available. Noise from walking on the upper floor can be disturbing as long as you annoy you. We haven't been bothered by that.

We had very nice days in this stay. Reception was nice, nice house with lovely garden. Also area very beautiful for biking and walking.

Nice place in the middle of Betuwe between fruit trees and romantic town of Buren (walking distance 12 minutes) Nice place. Wonderful bed. Nicely decorated and close to the cows and nature. So beautiful now. All present, good WiFi, no TV. Games, reading and outdoor terrace and air conditioning. Nice food in Buren , we had beautiful hiking weather . Fun hiking and biking routes everywhere at hand. As a welcome we got apple juice from nearby fruit trees. Parking at the door. Arie and Hénrieta you have created a nice place and we felt very welcome.

This place was very special -- not only the home but the old town of Woudrichem. The home was spacious, clean and well furnished even with a history notebook of the city, street and home from the 1300s. You don't expect to have fresh flowers or apple tart waiting for you when you arrive at your AirBnB. Special touches! We'd all love to come back another time!
