Location, location, location. Jan’s place nails it. Absolutely serene location with the creek out your front door and ability to walk creekside to soak it in. Short drive to State Park with lakeside trail walking. VERY easy to Rt 30, Turnpike, Downingtown and West Chester and their countless restaurant opportunities and shopping. Very clean listing with nice little perks to make it feel like home.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the cottage! Rob and Addison were incredible hosts – so welcoming, attentive, and quick to ensure we had everything we needed. The cottage itself was charming and cozy, with all the comforts of home and a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities. The setting was peaceful, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. We loved the attention to detail, and it was clear that Rob and Addison care deeply about providing a fantastic experience. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this lovely cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Veronica and Justin's place is simply superb! We felt very welcome during our week long stay as the amenities were plentiful and the home was beautiful. Our week spent there was wonderful and next time we decide to stay in Downingtown we'll definitely look at staying here once again!
