You will have the entire ground floor of the Old School House with your own access. The "snug" room has a sofa and TV. There is also a shower room with sink and toilet.

The Piggery is a self contained converted Pigstye in the grounds of Oldaway Barn, a smallholding near to Kingsbridge and Salcombe.
