Mountain Momma Homestead Cottage

A quaint studio guest house located in one of the many hollers of West Virginia. Less than 1 mile from I64, the house is roughly 300 sq. feet, centrally located between Charleston, New River Gorge, and Huntington. This guest house is equip with an outdoor space that includes a firepit and grill. It is located close to the main living quarters, but it is disconnected. Beautiful home in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown Ashland (3 miles) and I-64 (5 miles). This is a full size newly remodeled basement with it's own outside entrance. Great host and great setting. Access to the beautiful back yard, kids gym, gazebo, firepit, grill and covered patio. The basement has large windows in the bedrooms and queen beds. Located 8 minutes from King’s Daughters Hospital and 30 minutes from Huntington, WV hospitals. Long term travel workers welcome.

This remodeled suite, located on the back half of a duplex home, faces our wooded 26 acre lot and short walk to a small pond. It has 2 porches with their own private entrance. This suite has an open area that has a king bedroom, kitchen, dining and living room, 1 full bathroom and a laundry room. Has an additional bedroom that has a full bed, its own tv and locking door. This property is within 15 minutes from 2 major hospitals, Marshall University, downtown Huntington and the Huntington Mall.

We are within short driving distance to: Marshall University, Cabell Huntington Hospital or St. Mary's, the Huntington Mall The place is small, quaint and cozy, offers a full kitchen, comfy bed, we live close to a highway so there is some traffic and our driveway is at a incline we are in a protected area which is near the city and on a bus line. The house has a gas fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen, also we provide a gas grill outside on the wrap around porch. The porch has a swing and plenty of seating. A wash room with full size washer and dryer. The pond has a dock and is fully stocked. A king master suite with a shower ,bath tub. A bunk room w/ 4 long bunks. Hello, Our guest house is very private, quiet, cozy, secure and exceptionally clean. A great couples retreat with 2+miles of hiking trails and a vast space for outdoor activities and wildlife viewing. The beds are comfortable and the heat and air conditioning are great. We have all the amenities...all linens are furnished. There is a washer, dryer, iron and hair dryer and detergent. We are nestled on over 100 acres of land and are 1000 feet from the nearest highway.
