Nice place. When there was an issue with the original booked place Jack helped us relocate to a larger more convenient location. The apartment needs a full length mirror and it would have been good to have pillow cases on the pillows but overall clean and tidy and lovely little place

I had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed and easy to get around. The place itself was super comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed to feel at home. What really stood out, though, was the service. Robert was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I really loved the place, very spacious and have comfortable bed and couch. Very nice location as I only had to walk 20 mins to The Grove and is also walking distance to Beverly Hills Rodeo drive. Would recommend!

The apartment was a great base for our family for a week in Los Angeles. The location is fairly central, the Whole Foods down the street was handy the kids enjoyed the pool. If we find ourselves in LA again, we’ll come back.

Beautiful cozy place, exactly like the pictures. The host was great and quickly responded to any questions or concerns we had.

Everything was perfect except the process of getting into the accommodation was complicated. The cleanliness, the atmosphere, the view, and the same look as the photos are the best.

Wow!! Beautifully designed house and yard. The jacuzzi was set at the highest point in the yard, on the top of a hill that overlooks the incredible twinkling lights of LA at night and rolling hills during the day, with birds gliding overhead and a totally private setting. The bedroom is designed with a large French door looking out at the same view, and the utter privacy ensures you can leave the curtains open for the view at night. Meanwhile, the living room couch faces a beautiful fireplace and a huge, bright, clear TV like we'd never seen before. The house was well-stocked and clean, and Simon was quickly responsive to an issue when we first arrived -- he came over right away and solved it quickly. We can't wait to find a time to return!

Booked this for a group of staff and students to attend a conference and everyone was pleased with the location, accommodations, and furnishings. Would definitely recommend!

Marteese was an excellent host and very responsive. The home was clean and very spacious. I really appreciated how central the home was to several areas we visited, which made it easier to get around in the LA traffic.

Hands down the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Sarah’s place is a dream home, spotlessly clean, with the loveliest hosts and best quality everything - the polar opposite of the standard sterile Airbnb. (We felt like we were staying in a very stylish friend’s house!) The location is unbeatable - a short walk to great restaurants, shops and cafes on Ventura Blvd; beaches, Universal, Beverly Hills all within a quick drive. The best part was the home itself - light, bright, quiet, 5 bedrooms (2 interconnecting) and multiple different living areas, so plenty of space to spread out - huge eat-in kitchen, separate formal dining room, formal living room, cosy TV room (with huge cinema screen for movie nights!) and peaceful skylit sunroom - something for everyone. Super comfy beds, stunning bathrooms and a kitchen better than a magazine cover. Enclosed, private garden front and back with a lovely pool and outdoor kitchen. Run, don’t walk to Zenice!!! This place is even more magical in person. It has everything you could want and more! Truly one of the best stays we’ve had on a family trip. This place has something for everyone—board games, nintendo switch, electric bikes, sauna, hot tub, large projector, and well-stocked kitchen supplies! We were able to comfortably cook meals, have friends over, and walk to many nice spots in the neighborhood. It made for an amazing family spring break✨ Can’t recommend Zenice enough!

The place is large & airy and the location is unbeatable. The home was incredible and well stocked with everything I needed! There are lots of restaurants within walking distance and the beach is very close. A really great spot! Rachael was communicative and helpful all throughout my stay. I highly recommend staying at this Airbnb.

Flo's place is fantastic. Spotlessly clean, minimalist interior design which I love, and just such a great location to get around anywhere without the pain of driving too far, which could be very real in cities like LA. The community is also very quiet and peaceful, with facilities to work from home, so it's really nice for business travels. Flo is also very responsive, considerate, and accommodating to her guests. She's always proactive to be a problem solver to ease my stress as an international business traveler. Love her energy I will definitely come back more. Had a great stay here, location was fantastic and very close to local amenities and walking distance to some tourist spots e.g. walk of fame etc. central within LA so a good location to explore other areas. Apartment was great, very spacious and well equipped. The complex itself had lots of great facilities although we didn’t get time to use them. Parking space was also a great benefit. Bella and Alan were friendly accommodating and helpful.

I couldn't have wished for a better place to stay or a more welcoming host! The home was absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully designed with guests' comfort in mind. Katie was so friendly, always quick to respond, and incredibly accommodating. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back!
