This 3 bedroom/4 bed/2 bathroom home, built in 2021, features views of the River Derwent from the deck. Inside there is reverse cycle airconditioning (heating) in the open plan living/dining and automated heating in bedrooms to keep the Tassie chill away while you sleep. The kitchen has all you need to prepare meals, while the laundry has a washer & dryer for longer stays. We provide 50mbps fibre NBN and a giant 75" TV for movie nights. Woolies and many other stores are under 5mins away by car.

Come Stay with Us We have a lovely little self contained cottage, nice & cosy with 1 double bed verandah to sit and enjoy the garden Located in Moonah, walking distance to local cafes and restaurants, bottle shops, supermarkets etc. A bike ride along the bike track to the city or out to Mona. STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL hand made large mud brick/glass/stone home with amazing mountain/valley views. SNOW up to 15 times a year.
