This place was amazing for a family vacation. There was a lot to do, everyone was friendly and the resort was beautiful and well maintained.

Nice location,quiet community access to everything. The apartment was brand new,spotless,comfortable,pet friendly 5 star !! Thank you James Instructions easy to access. My only minor complaint would be pool not heated in the complex however if theweather was alittle better probably would not matter

This is the perfect spot if you’re looking for an easy and relaxing beach vacation. The condo is decorated immaculately. It’s is extremely comfortable. The condo is located in a hotel located directly on singer beach. It is extremely convenient for a walk to the beach vacation with the option to have hotel amenities. The best of both worlds. The hotel has a restaurant which serves breakfast lunch and dinner a smoothie and espresso/coffee bar. Anything we needed we called the hotel and they ran it up to us even though we were in an Airbnb. What you will not get by renting this place : a cute neighborhood with restaurants nearby. Places to walk and shopping nearby. The restaurant is always dead and there’s not much buzz happening in the hotel, they’re still trying to find their footing by creating a brand and identity. But the food is very good although insanely expensive. Pros : you’re only 15 minutes away from Palm Beach with all the insane shopping and food you need.

My husband and I truly enjoyed staying at this location. The host, Sophia is beyond fantastic - extremely communicative and responsive to every need. Whether it was a simple query or a specific request, Sophia was prompt and helpful. The location of the unit is equally commendable. It is perfectly situated within walking distance to the beach, a variety of charming restaurants, and various shops. The convenience of having everything so close added value and convenience to our stay. In sum, Sophia and the property offer an unbeatable combination of stellar hospitality and prime location. Highly recommend!

And was an outstanding five star host. This is brand sparkling spanking new. Wonderful amenities in the cupboards were stocked. Very centrally located very safe area +++. That is so important in the neighborhood and this is one of the historical neighborhoods so the houses are so sweet. The people waved to you when you go by just a fantastic and as you drive north on US one there are so many restaurants the closer you get to Palm Beach. We made the mistake of going to downtown Palm Beach at Elizabeth’s. I didn’t spell that correct but I would never go back. I would order and take out. The food was fantastic but the noise was unbearable. I would’ve much rather started home to Edwards apartment and stop somewhere along US one so many restaurants you can locate on yelp. And when you were a gym and a charm, I will definitely be back. I will definitely be sharing your Airbnb. You did an outstanding job five stars.

I would highly recommend Diego’s rental. The instructions and check-in process was very easy. The building is in an excellent location with plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

Merle was an amazing host, we will definitely be back. The accommodations were exactly what we were looking for and her flexibility was so helpful. She was always a quick responder and truly a great host!

Unit was just as described and shown in pictures. The unit was very clean with all needed items for our stay. Host was very pleasant and responsive to all questions. Check in was a little odd, but understandable due to the nature of the building and parking set up. Building was very secure which is great. Amenities of the facility are great (Gym, Saunas, etc) and pool areas are wonderful. Buildings are currently (March 2025) undergoing some exterior repair work, so it was noisy during the daytime hours. After living in Florida in a similar high-rise facility, we fully understood this and has nothing to do with the host.

Sierra was amazing all thw through from booking to departure always in touch with great info and directions the place is immaculate and lovely its brifht tastefully furnished and has everything you need loved it!

I truly appreciated Jan’s quick responses and last minute accommodations! We had a great time at the pool and playing miniature golf with the grandchildren. Staff at resort were friendly. Thanks again.

Our stay at Arena’s Deerfield Beach home was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless upon arrival, making us feel instantly comfortable and at ease. The location couldn’t have been better—it was close to beautiful Deerfield Beach and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. Whether we wanted to relax by the beach or explore the local dining scene, everything was conveniently close by. Arena was an exceptional host—extremely responsive and always available to answer any questions we had. From start to finish, we had a seamless experience and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend Arena’s home to anyone visiting Deerfield Beach!

Great house, beautiful pool and outdoor setup! The house came fully equipped with pool toys, beach chairs, pack n play and high chair for families traveling with little ones. Would definitely come back!

This house is immaculate, beautiful, very modern, comfortable, and fun. The grandchildren loved the pool, backyard and all the activities, especially air hockey.

We had such a great time. Your home was truly amazing and felt like home. The house was big enough for all 7 of us to be comfortable moving around and sleeping arrangements. The beach and Clematits Street for shopping and restaurants are only a short drive away. If anyone is looking to stay in West Palm Beach, I would definitely check out this place. It was truly amazing.

This house was perfect for our stay. Easy self check-in that was clear for our very late arrival; easy and clear check out instructions for our way out. The home was just as the pictures indicated, clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable and the nespresso machine with pods was a pleasant surprise. We traveled as a group of adults, but we saw several child amenities tucked away that would be very helpful if I was traveling with my kids (high chair, step stool, etc.). I would happily stay here again if I find myself back in Boca.
