I spent several months at Susan’s place in South Croydon, and it was a fantastic experience. Susan is an incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful host, always ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. Since I spent most of my time studying at home, I really appreciated the super stable WiFi connection. The neighborhood is calm and peaceful, making it an ideal place to focus. The location is also very convenient, with two train stations within walking distance, providing easy access to Zone 1. Plus, Waitrose & Partners is just a short walk away for groceries. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return again! Highly recommend. 😊🤍🤍

Stayed 4 nights at Annex Haven as I was working 10 minutes down the road at Addington Palace Communication by Ezekiel was great providing precise instructions. Easy to find with free parking on the street and you have your own entrance I was greeted by Henry who handed the key and showed me all around the place. There was a microwave, kettle, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and the fridge was stocked up with milk, bottled water, orange juice and a punnet of grapes. There was a kitchen in the main house but I didn’t have the need to use it The bathroom was a bit small but it all worked fine and the bed was very comfortable Overall it was a very safe and convenient place I could come back from work and relax in.

Gill’s place is wonderfully peaceful and quiet. My small bedroom was quiet and had great storage and an operable window. There is a comfortable kitchen and living room. Gill is very considerate, giving adequate space for each tenant to store things in the refrigerator and in the kitchen. There is a beautiful view of trees and plenty of evergreen foliage on the East facing balcony. Gill keeps the place clean. Removing ones shoes at the door helps with that. I will have been here for three months. I feel at home.

The flat has been refurbished to a high standard. It’s in a great location for visiting central a London. Public transportation services mean that a car is unnecessary, unless you want to travel into the countryside. There are numerous public footpaths, parks and open spaces in the area. Local shops, restaurants and pubs are easily accessible and the discount at Prima Donna’s is a wonderful plus. M is a great host and very responsive to any requests.
