Cottage vacation rentals in West Yorkshire

One of the best Air B&Bs we've stayed in! The photos don't do the cottage justice, everything was spacious, spotless and with plenty of finishing touches to make you feel at home. We travelled with our young son and baby and the space was perfect for us as a family. We loved watching the animals on the farm, especially going to see the horses in their stable on an evening to say goodnight! The surroundings were peaceful and although the other properties were occupied, everything felt private and secluded. The welcome basket was another lovely touch and so well stocked. As a family travelling with a child with additional needs, the combination of space, privacy and access to such a beautiful outdoor space was just what we needed - and often find hard to hunt down. Thank you for a lovely stay, we hope to return soon.

Greg was a very helpful host and Holly House was a fantastic home for our family gathering. Plenty of space for everyone, including the kids. It was very well equipped and the jacuzzi was an added bonus. Everyone really enjoyed their stay, day trips and local walks in the peaceful surroundings.

This was our first ever AirBnB stay. Scarlett made it very easy to check in, the house was beautiful. Hot tub to the rear was the main reason we booked. We wanted somewhere private enough to feel relaxed but also close enough to local amenities. The house was very clean and tidy and offered extras such as books, board games and even home made shortbread. Thanks so much for making our stay so lovely Would 100% return

We loved our mini break at Lorraine's place. The cottage is beautifully decorated throughout and very homely, the garden feels very private, even with houses all around. Addingham is a lovely village with great pubs serving delicious food, it is also perfectly located for exploring West/North Yorkshire. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful weekend at the cottage. It is absolutely perfect and we had a lovely homely stay. Very responsive to messages and very helpful in regards to parking. Had everything we needed and couldn't have asked for more. We can't wait to come back one day. Thankyou Sally & Nick

a fantastic little place with plenty to do in the village or neighbouring towns, lots of lovely little touches made it feel really well thought through and not a "standard air BnB" at all - fresh coffee, different teas, dressing gowns, welcome drinks, and plenty of logs for the log fired hot tub which we took advantage of every night of our stay. Also one of the increasingly rare places with a host confident enough not to leave lots of "please do this don't do this" type notes which helped us feel like we were at home really quickly.

Absolutely loved this place! The house was amazing - beautifully decorated, perfectly equipped, and the setting was breath-taking. Our host was super responsive and helpful, made the whole stay stress-free. Only 'complaint' is that we didn't want to leave! Would highly recommend and can't wait to come back.

me and my partner stayed at the couples cottage, it was exactly what we where expecting. really good comfy bed, lovely on-suite bathroom, great equipped kitchen and an amazing decking area outside with a huge hot tub. even the sheep came to say hi once in a while. The views where beautiful, and hopefully we get to come visit again soon.

Had a great stay at Jeff's place in Holmbridge. Communication was very good and check in was a breeze. The tea and coffee facilities and breakfast cereals with fresh milk in the fridge was a welcome touch. It's a lovely cottage, spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a handy guide to the living cal area and amenities. Holmfirth is just a short drive away, but The Pickled Pheasant is a great walkable option for food and drinks in this lovely peaceful village. Would happily return.

We had a wonderful long weekend stay at Sarah and Mark's property. The location was ideal for us, as we were visiting family in the area, but we were also able to enjoy serenity at the cottage between visiting. From the cottage we could walk our dogs peacefully up the road (a huge bonus for us as they need a quiet life), and I managed a long run from the doorstep - discovered some fab trails. The cottage had everything we needed and overall was a very relaxing stay. Sarah and Mark were responsive throughout too, always helpful and friendly - they even offered a late checkout, as no guests staying directly after us, which was incredibly thoughtful. Would definitely come back again. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Swallows Nest. A tranquil, peaceful stay which allowed us to remove ourselves from our busy lives for a few days and enjoy the quiet. Slaithwaite has loads to offer too in terms of good restaurants & nice walks… all in such a picturesque spot too. Everything in the cottage was top standard. Clean. Comfy beds. The shower is great and the bath is huge! Our daughter very much enjoyed her relaxing baths every evening. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Rumpus is a must visit in town for the most delicious burgers using beef from the cattle at Sally’s farm. Thank you Sally for such a wonderful stay.

Chimney Cottage was everything we expected and more. A gorgeous cottage in a quiet village with fabulous walks and scenery. The cottage was clean, cosy and very homely. We loved the log fire in the evening and the shower was fantastic! Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay in Haworth . The cottage was just perfect for us to explore the surrounding areas and do some lovely walks with our little dog . The cottage was lovely and clean and the sun trap outside area was such a bonus too! Thanks Claudia ! Ali and Ollie

Myself, wife and our little dog Jack had a great relaxing Easter weekend break. Andy was very accommodating, quick to respond and the Nest was just what we expected. Full of character, cosy and peaceful tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Thank you for having us, we would definitely stay again.

Booked a short 2 day break with my partner, lovely location, parking a little tricky at times but definitely manageable. The views from the property are lovely and an amazing country pub a very short walk down the road. We had a little difficulty getting into the property but Calvin was very friendly and apologetic and the issue was resolved very quickly! The bed is incredibly comfortable and we were both well rested for exploring the local area. We spent the evenings relaxing infront of the log burner which was the perfect way to finish off each evening. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect little stopover, close to amenities, very picturesque village with some great dog walks on the nearby tracks. Thanks for the milk, urgently needed that cup of tea when we arrived. Richard is a friendly and reliable host with great communication. Thank you!

Very nice place, will definitely use again

Well what a beautiful place to stay Kyley made its feel very welcome and gave good recommendations she was very helpful and quick to respond, her place was spotless, very tastefully decorated, amazing views and walks all around, loved watching the lambs playing just outside the balcony, it had everything you could possibly want, the chocolates were a lovely touch. The local community shop was well stocked also the Trawden Arms was very friendly and nice food. We popped into the Jackie &Francescas old rock cafe and cake shop in Trawden, it had lovely food and home made cakes. Worth a visit. Kyley made ys feel very welcome and welcome, and gave helpful recommendations, and was very quick to respond. I cannot fault this lovely home definitely worth a visit.

We spent 5 weeks in the cottage and we loved it. Lots of snow and freezing cold but the cottage was snug and warm. Beds extremely comfortable with lovely linen. Kitchen was so well equipped. Everything suited us so well and we loved the place!

Great place to stay! Easy to get to via public transport and very near to the Main Street in Haworth. A great cosy space with amazing views from the garden. We had a great time!

Rose Cottage was an absolute hidden gem in the heart of Holmfirth. It was a homely and welcoming place, with lovely little touches. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and found it hard to be anywhere better than the very special secret garden and it's incredible views!
