The 18th Century Piggery Barn, renovated in 2024 is minutes walk from the village of Pateley Bridge in a quiet haven of Nidderdale, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Guests will love the underfloor heating, sophisticated kitchen, spacious lounge with original beams, and breathtaking views. The double bedroom has a safari style ensuite. Boasting its own private courtyard, this is a beautifully fitted out, idyllic couples retreat.

Independence in your own place - Hayloft is hidden away at the end of our 17th century farmhouse and is a special place to stay. Step inside to find the kitchen with heated stone floors and beams overhead. In the living room there's space to eat, full bookshelves and a wood burner for cosy winter evenings. Upstairs is a galleried bedroom with a large 5 foot king bed and a bathroom with deep free-standing bath and large walk-in shower. A retreat from it all in your own Yorkshire bolthole.

Old school cottage, Langcliffe, Yorkshire Dales
Old school cottage is a unique holiday home full of charm and character. Its large feature window and double height kitchen area is perfect for socialising. Langcliffe is a quiet,picturesque Dales village just a short walk from Settles pubs and restaurants. It is a popular starting point for walkers visiting the Victoria caves, Malham , 3 peaks , settle loop, 3 different waterfalls and wild swimming spots are all near by. There is a private garden area with views of the village green.

The Lake House
The detached Lake House is set in 11 acres. Ravensworth is an enchanting village with many of the houses dating from the 17th century. The village is defined by its green, and ancient ruined castle, only a few miles from the pretty towns of Richmond and Barnard Castle . A village pub and two wonderful farm shop cafes within walking distance. The Lake House has uninterrupted views of the lake and surrounding woodland. The Lake House can also be booked together with Willow Cottage.

Sally’s Nook is a beautiful bolthole by the brook in the village of Hebden in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage is newly renovated to a very high standard and perfect if you want to treat yourself to a luxurious few days or week in the Dales . Sorry, no dogs – to protect our ancient woodland and the endangered red squirrels who live here.

The Mill, Rutter Falls,
