"Het Grote Paard" is a beautiful apartment in Havelte, close to Giethoorn and UNESCO heritage Frederiksoord. The beautiful and large apartment is located on the former hayloft above the part of our large farm. Suitable for 9 people, but also with fewer people it is a lovely place. With a large living room with kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A spacious balcony and a large private terrace in the sunny garden. "Het Grote Paard" is named after our Belgian draft horse.

A cozy chalet at the edge of the forest. Located in a secluded spot with lots of privacy – perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. A natural swimming pond with a small beach is just 400 meters away. Havelte is a charming village with a supermarket, outdoor pool, and several nice restaurants. Lovely towns like Giethoorn (18 km), Diever, Dwingeloo, Meppel, and Zwolle are nearby. The cleaning fee (€59) includes bed linen (€25 per stay); towels are not included.

The guesthouse is located in the rear part of the detached garage and overlooks our beautiful garden, swimming pool and horse meadow. In the cozy area there is a lovely sauna. Furthermore, you have access to a kitchen (induction hob, oven, fridge) and shower toilet. The back door leads to the poolside terrace. Just outside Dwingeloo, in a rural location and within walking distance of the Dwingelderveld. Bed linen and all necessary towels etc. are available!
