The apartment has been lovingly designed with souvenirs from our seven-year world trip. Many of the details have a story that we are happy to pass on to interested parties on request. Der Troadkasten ist ein alter Getreidespeicher, ein traditonell gezimmertes Hozhaus, das wir liebevoll zum gemütlichen Chalet umgestaltet haben. Das Häuschen befindet sich direkt auf unserem Bio-Bergbauernhof auf 1100 m Seehöhe und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Dein Rückzugsort für eine ruhige Auszeit oder Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Naturpark Almenland in der Steiermark. Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

The lovely Sonnreith cabin is located in the mountain village of Spital/Pyhrn on the sunny slope with some neighboring houses. It is newly furnished and has a living area of 34 m² - many loving details were made by hand - very cozy. A fireplace and infrared heating provide pleasant warmth. There is underfloor heating in the anteroom and bathroom. The cabin is in a quiet, beautiful panoramic location. Hiking trails and the mountain bike trail are nearby (100 meters)

The former barn is originally converted into a holiday home of a special kind, 144 m² on two levels. Surrounded by 2 ha of meadow, 1 ha of forest, a place for retreat, for family holidays, for "Simply Being in Hollenstein." Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag cycle path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house if the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

The apartment is on a farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing, which I am building as an organic farm with permaculture. It consists of a huge room with wooden floor, new wood-burning stove and mountain views, as well as a bathroom, and a kitchen.

Our rentable space includes one bedroom with a double bed, desk and TV, one bathroom with a shower, as well as a kitchen with a dining area. Wi-Fi is available. There is no washing machine in the apartment, however, in accordance with us, there is the possibility to wash your clothes. Feel free to use our garden. Parking space is available. We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
