Monthly Rentals in Wheathampstead

I totally enjoyed my stay at The Bakehouse - a gem of a property (magical!), clean, comfortable, peaceful and with a special sense of history. Helen (and husband) are super hosts: friendly, helpful, kind and communication was excellent. I loved the easy access to the numerous public footpaths through the beautiful surrounding countryside. A five-star massive thumbs up from me!

We enjoyed a peaceful stay at the Annexe which was perfect for our needs. The accommodation is well equipped with kind and thoughtful touches, and we appreciated being able to walk straight from the property along some of Hertfordshire's plentiful and well-marked trails and footpaths. We won't hesitate to book the Annexe again when we are next in the area to visit family. Highly recommended !

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage. Matt left clear instructions and really thoughtful touches such as bread, eggs and even a bottle of Prosecco! The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas, which made it feel like a home from home. We enjoyed the village location, proximity to the common for walks and the fabulous ‘Wicked Lady’ pub nearby. We’d definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!
