Vacation rentals with beach access in Wheeland Settlement

Katherine's place is great in every respect - cleansiness, location, value and extra amenities (like beach umbrella and chairs, etc). It is near all key areas on the island and is in a safe neighborhood. Katherine provided all needed info and communicates well throughout as needed - very helpful as it was our first time in TCI. Thank you for allowing to use your place.

Karen and Rod were fantastic as onsite hosts (they live downstairs, a completely separate space). Always available for questions, recommendations, etc but didn’t interfere with our “space”. It was great knowing they were there in case of any issues. Their pool deck is lovely and the villa was spacious with loads of beautiful views. Our party of six really enjoyed our stay!!

Great location and value for money considering that Turks and Caicos is a very expensive island. The stay was very comfortable - the condo was well-equipped and came with everything one would need for a short-term or even a longer-term stay. Beautifully landscaped and close to the beach, with a lovely large balcony. The only occasional issue - which is completely out of Chloe's control - is that you sometimes heard cars, bikes, other vehicles intentionally revving their engines at night as they drove on Grace Bay Road. Would happily stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is certainly a hidden gem. Oscar and Veronica were truly incredible hosts. They were very communicative from booking to departure. The studio was immaculate. The view was spectacular. I will say, we recommend renting a car if staying. We did not. We took taxi’s everywhere and had a couple taxi numbers to call but still found ourselves stuck a couple times. When we come back, we will certainly stay here and will work our vacation around their availability BUT will rent a car next time. The property is walking distance from an incredible snorkeling area, Smith’s Reef and a beautiful quiet beach. There are a couple of good restaurants walking distance and still super close to the lively part of Grace Beach. The recommendations from the hosts were spot on.

I had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful pool view studio near Turtle Cove, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, everything went smoothly-check-in was incredibly easy, and I didn't encounter a single issue. The studio itself was pristine, well-appointed, and perfectly designed to make the most of the stunning pool view. Waking up to the serene sight of the water each morning was a treat in itself, The location was also ideal, offering close proximity to the natural beauty of Turtle Cove while maintaining a sense of peaceful seclusion. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I can't wait to return!

Cute little place. Private. Nice little pool. Great communication. We were staying downstairs in the blue house - Filip’s suite I believe it’s called. The people upstairs were loud during midnight ish. Other than that no complaints. Clean place. Felt right at home. Good size kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. Would stay again. Recommend getting a better car vacuum but it was nice that they had one- thank you.

I love staying in this area when I visit Grace Bay. First time at Anthony's and it was perfect; check in was simple, comfy bed, nice outdoor space with table. This condo complex also has a nice pool area with wonderful loungers. plus the grocery store is right next door along with a couple newer restaurants.

I was in need of a place to freshen up after a beach day before heading to the airport for a late night flight since I had to check out of my other air bnb in the morning and this was the perfect place! Kanisha was super hospitable to me given my circumstances. It truly was the perfect accommodation to relax for a bit before having to leave the island. I highly recommend!

Thanks to Colton and Mallory for hosting us. We met Mallory on our first day there and she was very friendly and gave us some tips for things to do in the area. They were both very responsive to messages and had a beautiful home. The home is in a great neighborhood and just minutes away from beautiful beaches.

Book this place!!! I can’t say enough great things, and like other reviews said the pictures don’t do it justice! You can feel the love Rochelle put into the property to make it incredible. Great location, beautiful backyard with stunning gardens. Next time we are in Turks we will be staying here!

Great place to stay. Just off the beaten path to make the evenings very peaceful. House was described accurately. The host was as very responsive and helped even with questions about events while we were there. Even helped schedule our taxi ride to and from the airport. I was too nervous to drive since it was the opposite side of the road as we traditionally drive.

Jasmine was a wonderful host. She guided us to the property after Google led us astray. After initially booking the property, she reached out to answer any questions we might have which we had many since this was our first visit to the island. She had excellent recommendations about getting a rental car, snorkeling excursions and scuba diving. The property was immaculate and completely as described & photos. All kitchen appliances, flatware, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans available. Beds were perfect to sleep on and ample pillows. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living space. They had beach towels and beach chairs available for our use as well as a convenient buggy to tote them to the beach if you don’t have or don’t want to use your car. Ample parking spots available and close enough to walk to the Thursday night fish fry and the public beach access. All in all, an extremely positive experience and enjoyable vacation stay. Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay at Sandy’s and would happily return. The location is in a middle-class area where islanders live, and we appreciated it for many reasons. We don’t go to other countries to associate mostly with tourists. There are roosters wandering around the neighborhood, which were a nice change from our usual aural environment. And we certainly did not spend what we would have at a fancy resort, so we had more money to spend on activities. We felt perfectly safe and comfortable in the apartment. More important was Sandy herself. She is an incredibly warm, responsive and helpful hostess. Three illustrative examples: 1. Sandy went out of her way to make our daughter's birthday special for her. 2. Whenever I asked her a question about places to buy groceries, eat out, or do activities, she promptly sent me a wealth of information. 3. When I informed her that the cutting board in the apartment was not in good shape, she showed up the next day with a new one.

The LightHouse was a lovely place to spend five days with my sister and her husband. Karen is an amazing host who provided all sorts of useful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The location is far (well, TCI far--a 15 minute drive) from the resorts near Grace Bay beach, which means the beach was practically like having a private beach, and evenings were quiet. Getting all over the island is easy if you have a car, which I would recommend.

Our experience was beyond exceptional. Jeff is an absolutely amazing host, super responsive, checking in regularly to see if everything is working fine and always willing to help (if needed). We were even allowed to use his SUPs to explore the mangroves. The apartment looks like the pictures, the kitchen is very well equipment and has everything we needed. We rented a car so the location is close to everything we needed, beaches, restaurants, supermarkets within a few minutes drive. We would 100% recommend staying here.

Sea la vie is a quiet and relaxing place. The unit is as advertised and super clean. The long bay beach is a few minutes walk from the property has beautiful sunrise, paddle board, kayaks, portable chairs and umbrella are complementary by sea la vie.Majid the Host was helpful to answer any question we had.

What an awesome location and condo! Me and my wife had a fantastic stay at Jason’s condo. Great location, very close to the beach. I loved that the condo was a bit more secluded but the same time very close to everything. You can snorkel all day long right by the smith’s reef and make sure you follow all Jason’s recommendations. You won’t regret! We are definitely coming back!

Very comfortable spot. Nice beach, very nice pool and hot tub. The grounds of the resort were beautiful and well cared for. A little bit of a drive to most of the restaurants and even better beaches. Everything seems to be about 20 to 25 min. away, partially on a gravel road, but that was no problem. We liked getting out and tooling around the island. Sapodilla bay was our favorite. All and all a great place to stay!

A We love the Yacht Club and this condo was perfect! The views from both sides were amazing! Sunsets at night and a gorgeous sunrise from the other side overlooking the beach of Grace Bay! We were fortunate to have a full moon near the end of our week which was stunning. We would HIGHLY recommend Daniel’s condo!

Danielle is a very responsive host and helped me with many different plans. The area is very quiet, not a lot of people. Had the nice pool to ourselves. Restaurants are drivable but the walk would be 20+ minutes, grocery store even longer. Rental car is a must! Taxi ride is possible but cash only and $60-80 round trip.Nice condo with a fully stocked kitchen and laundry. Starter pack of shampoo, dish soap, TP, and 6 beach/pool towels provided. Coolers were nice to have for beach, even ice packs in the freezer. We had 4 and not beach chairs for everyone, beach is 8 minutes walk. Leeward beach was beautiful, quiet and calm. Way smaller than Grace Bay beach but we liked that. Atrium had a game room with billiards and ping pong table. Kids played every night. Condo felt safe and it was clean!!

First let me say that Mark was more than helpful with all of the communication from the very start. This was our first trip to Turks and I was messaging with Mark with regularity. Mark responded 100% of the time and not only that l, responded with fantastic information to which we were never disappointed! We loved the rental and loved the location. We can't wait to come back and use this place again. Mark made it easy to want to make this a regular trip on our calendar! We are thankful to have found this fantastic host and home.

Excellent host, excellent place! It was our first time in Turks and Caicos, and definitely won't be our last! Yonette's place offered a beautiful view, great space and a perfect location (near Smith's free). She was very responsive and made us feel safe and at home. Make sure you rent a car to get around the island!

Loved our stay at Gemma’s. Host had detailed binder prepared that answered most of our questions, and she was very responsive to any questions that did come up. We really loved having access to beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, beach towels. Also appreciated the access to washer dryer if needed. Terrace was beautiful as well. Heated pool was not heated until our last day when they installed a new heat pump, but the hot tub was always wonderful. Quick drive to Smith’s Reef, Grace Bay. A little further to Sapodilla and Taylor Bay but well worth the drive even during traffic! Loved our stay here.

Amazing studio within walking distance to everything ! Highly recommend . We will be back soon :)
