Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Wheeland Settlement

We loved the villa; like-new-type-clean and exactly the right size for a cozy vacation for two on Provo. A comfortable bed, waterfall shower that somehow turns on to exactly the right temperature, and the plunge pool was just wonderful. The location is good, super easy to get just about anywhere you've read about. Try Chinson's Jamaican BBQ which is right on the corner; their jerk chicken and pork are divine. You'll need to rent a car and note that, because it's a British territory, you'll be driving on the opposite side of the road from the U.S. and the steering wheel of your rental is on the right as well. The roundabouts may seem a bit chaotic at first, but you'll get used to it quickly. Visit Chalk Sound, it is a wonder of milky, glowing turquoise water. Snorkeling is a lot of fun, even for a beginner off the beach at The Bight or Smith's Reef. Jeffrey's place is so nice to come back to after a day the beach. We hope to rent the big Villa with friends on our next trip to TCI.

Stephanie was an amazing host, she had daily recommendations of what to do and she always responded quickly ( less than 5 mins ). She really goes out her way to provide necessities such as extra towels,beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and plenty more. One of the best Airbnb I’ve been to, I highly recommend this Airbnb and looking forward to returning to Stephanie’s place!!! TCI🇹🇨

The condo was exactly as advertised! King bed was so comfortable, big shower with great water pressure. The pool and patio were lovely. The Host was proactive and responsive and had great local recommendations. This is part of a duplex - so you will have neighbors sharing the pool and patio. There are beach towels in the unit and two chairs and two snorkels to share with the other unit. Great stay 10/10 would recommend 🤣

We enjoyed our stay at Sandy’s and would happily return. The location is in a middle-class area where islanders live, and we appreciated it for many reasons. We don’t go to other countries to associate mostly with tourists. There are roosters wandering around the neighborhood, which were a nice change from our usual aural environment. And we certainly did not spend what we would have at a fancy resort, so we had more money to spend on activities. We felt perfectly safe and comfortable in the apartment. More important was Sandy herself. She is an incredibly warm, responsive and helpful hostess. Three illustrative examples: 1. Sandy went out of her way to make our daughter's birthday special for her. 2. Whenever I asked her a question about places to buy groceries, eat out, or do activities, she promptly sent me a wealth of information. 3. When I informed her that the cutting board in the apartment was not in good shape, she showed up the next day with a new one.

The LightHouse was a lovely place to spend five days with my sister and her husband. Karen is an amazing host who provided all sorts of useful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The location is far (well, TCI far--a 15 minute drive) from the resorts near Grace Bay beach, which means the beach was practically like having a private beach, and evenings were quiet. Getting all over the island is easy if you have a car, which I would recommend.

Absolutely the best place we have stayed at in TCI and we have been coming to the island for 15 years! The house was so inviting, beautiful decor, inside and out, so peaceful, kitchen was so well stocked from containers for left overs, pots, pans, dishes, etc. BBQ outside was huge and the pool was beyond my expectations. My only complaint, and not really a complaint but an observation was the bed is only a double, we are used to a king size but saying that the bed was really comfortable. Can’t wait to stay again, hoping for 3 weeks next time. Thanks to the team for this amazing 2 weeks.

We had an amazing stay. The villa is so beautiful and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed (BBQ, kitchen, beach chairs etc). It was very close to the kitesurfing beach as well as many nice restaurants. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Paradise. We didn't want to leave. We loved the privacy and quiet of Gregory's Place, on a quiet part of the island. It's a small island, so everything is very accessible with a car. We loved the pool, the comfortable and spacious home and beds, the sunrise/sunset deck, and the location of the home right around the corner from the beautiful and rugged mile-long Bird walk/nature trail that takes you right to the water's edge. We did not want to leave. Thank you Gregory for a wonderful experience!!

Karen and Rod were fantastic as onsite hosts (they live downstairs, a completely separate space). Always available for questions, recommendations, etc but didn’t interfere with our “space”. It was great knowing they were there in case of any issues. Their pool deck is lovely and the villa was spacious with loads of beautiful views. Our party of six really enjoyed our stay!!

Alexandra’s apartment was a wonderful place to stay for our time on Providencials! It was even better than described, and in an awesome location close to the marina, beaches, and great restaurants. It is a quiet, safe community, has a wonderful pool area. Easy to find from the airport and a short drive to the main grocery store and Grace Bay beach. The communication with Alexandria / Johnathan was very good! They are responsive and they care about their guests, making sure that we had all we needed and that we were comfortable and answered any questions we had. Very informative about the area and made awesome recommendations of things to do and places to go. We would definitely stay here again!

I can't say enough good things about my stay here. The family was extremely kind, responsive, helpful and proactive to any issues that arose. Wilbert even came all the way to the airport so I could follow him to the Airbnb - as a solo traveler attempting to drive on the opposite side of the road - I really appreciated this! The whole property had a clean, calm, relaxing, restful aura about it and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. On the final day, Christine even invited me to have lunch with them. I sadly had to decline due to airport/travel logistics, but I was and still am so touched by the gesture. Highly recommend! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Meelike always answered our many questions. The home is bigger than expected and had everything we needed. Great space and beautiful landscape so you can have coffee in the morning on the balcony surrounded by greenery. There is currently construction in front of the house but the noise level was so minimal we barely heard them all day. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Meelike!

Our stay with Danielle was great. Great communication, hospitality and clean. The car to get us around was a good bonus. This is a gated community, private, and quiet. She has a book with clear instructions and great recommendations. The fish fry and Sopadilla beach were our favs. We recommend and would stay here again. Thanks Danielle!!

Rachel is a fantastic host. She regularly stopped by to make sure everything was well. The pool area and view is amazing. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.

Ulma’s place was perfect! Private, quiet and very safe! Close to 4 restaurants, which was an easy walk to each one. Close to few beaches as well. Ulma was very responsive to any inquiries and very helpful. The unit was very clean, perfect for 2 couples. We were impressed with what Ulma offers to make your stay even more enjoyable! Beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach toys, beach towels and floaters for the water. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook. A great Webber BBQ, which we used quite often. I would probably bring spices to help make meals, if you plan to cook at home. Over all, we would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Nancy's place. She provided great directions on how to get in and suggestions on where to eat and what to do. The place was as described and was very spacious included all the necessities including beach chairs, towels, and even sunscreen. The location is walkable to the marina restaurants and the beach. Nancy was a great host and even stopped by to make sure everything was going smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

This our third stay with Daniel at the Yacht Club. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. The terrace gets lovely sunsets and it’s fun to see the activity in the marina below. We have never had a mosquito issue. There are sturdy beach chairs, a small cooler and a quality umbrella. The in-door ice and water dispenser on the frig is very useful. The kitchen is set up to cook meals if you decide not to enjoy the very walkable local restaurants or the short drive to town. We recommend Daniel’s place and will be back.

This listing is a GEM! 💎 It is exactly as described - private and away from “all things touristy.” You nearly have a beach to yourself. The National Park is adjacent to the property which means you have beautiful land to stroll through or next to while you’re on the beach. Matt and Erin were so very helpful with their recommendations. There isn’t a thing they haven’t thought of to have in their apartment.

The pictures do not do this condo justice ! It is a fabulous condo within a beautiful condo resort just steps from leeward beach a hop and a skip from the main grace bay drag. We traveled with our children and the condo was absolutely perfect for them. Not only is the condo fully stocked with necessities Danielle gave a detailed check In message which included grocery and wine recommendations which we absolutely used . This is our 2nd time traveling to the island ( first time staying at Danielle's condo) and won't be our last. We will absolutely be looking to rebook for next year's spring break at Danielle condo!

Enjoyed my stay, condo was clean and comfortable. Looked just like the pictures. It was also walking distance to restaurants and beach. Locals were nice. I definitely would book again with Adam.

We had a great stay at this beautiful condo! It was very clean, had amazing views, and was well stocked with everything we needed. We used the beach equipment daily and it was super helpful to have available to us. We walked down to Smith's Reef for snorkeling and it took about 20 minutes to get there. I would recommend a car to fully enjoy the island, this location was central to most places within a short drive. Yonette communicated everything we needed and helped with restaurant recommendations as well. Overall the property was fairly quiet, but we did have a neighbor that was a bit noisy at times (the balconies are adjacent with just a wooden barricade for privacy). There were mosquitoes in the evening so the provided insect repellant was appreciated. Since it is a top floor unit, be prepared to carry all luggage and beach equipment up several flights of stairs (the views are worth it!)

We were there for 10 nights in mid-Feb. Sean was very responsive and good to work with when a couple of things arose that needed attention. Location is very quiet 24/7. The grocery store was close; however, the walk to the beach, via the short cut, is closer to ~8 minutes. Keep this in mind if you are walking to the beach. Resort access should be removed from the listing, which we believe Sean is going to address.
