If you’re looking for a place to say close to the peaks but also able to easily get into town look no further. Stanage edge is only a 10 minutes drive out from the city; a 10 minute drive into the city will put you at the heart of Eccy road, loads of good pubs, restaurants & shops (if you are that way inclined). From what I recall it’s under 20 minutes into the city centre. The property itself is nicely decorated and laid out to relax after a long a day. It’s set slightly back from the main road but you will be able to faintly hear it should the windows be open; I can’t say it was enough to stop me from falling asleep. We had the privilege of meeting the couple as we arrived, they were super accomodating and helped us get situated and offered to help us carry our bags in. Very homely location and was perfect for what we needed as we made our way up the country!

We enjoyed our short stay here. The apartment had everything needed for our stay and Paul and Ellie were very helpful with any queries we had. The location is very good for getting into the city and also the Peaks - the bus and train station were in minutes walking distance.

Great place for a short stay in Sheffield. Lovely, clean and quiet with some nice touches for both style and comfort. Location is fantastic, free parking outside, Millhouses park a stones throw away, lots of amenities within walking distance and good transport links.
