There are 2 springs to dip your feet in, woods to hike in, a rocking chair front porch & a large entertaining back porch with great views of the mountains, woods, old outbuildings & beautiful pastures. This hand-carved cave cottage has a beautiful exterior and gets even better as you go inside. Its well decorated cavern interior will charm you with its thoughtful layout. On the main floor there is a full kitchen with stone counters and dining bar, a sitting area with comfy chairs, a bathroom with an oversized tile shower, a bedroom with a queen bed and a private porch with a large hot tub. Up the stone steps you'll find a super cute bedroom loft with lots of windows and more amazing views.

The Nest by the River

This private, romantic house is the perfect getaway for couples. Constructed in 2017, this two story house is set in the backdrop of the Tennessee River gorge. Oversized glass windows on both floors provide breathtaking view of the river and surrounding mountains. Just 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and five minutes from kayak and stand up paddle boarding rentals as well as hiking trails. Please only those 21 and up. Please note the house is up in a hill, the driveway is steep.

The Wool Attic at Summer Fields

This farm stay is in half of a renovated garage on our working sheep farm. Enjoy the sheep, livestock guardian dogs, and slower pace, while still being close to area attractions. It has an open downstairs with a full kitchen, bathroom, dining area, pool table, and porch. Sleeping areas, upstairs in the attic, or in our sleeping loft are too short for standing but otherwise cozy for sleeping. Farm workers will be doing chores and interacting with the animals during your stay.

Fannie's Place

This tiny home is on the historic home site of Fannie Mennen and the Plum Nelly Clothesline Art Show. She even named the road. The home is brand new, artfully decorated and has 1 double bed, 1 bath, a sleeping loft with 2 twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. The view is from 2000 ft elevation and looks into the valley and across to the mountain again. There is civil war history on the property. There is a 100 ft drop so guests are asked to not stay here with young children.

We’re conveniently located only 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, Cloudland Canyon State Park and Lake Nickajack! You will enjoy the peaceful country atmosphere of this private oasis while surrounded by nature, fresh air, and beauty. You will love the convenience if you’re traveling through, and there’s lots to do if you plan to stay a while.
